# AI Video Photo Studio — Product Commercial Director
## When to use
- User uploads one or more product reference images and wants a premium commercial product video.
- User wants a 10-shot cinematic studio commercial built from a product photo.
- User wants to redo or tweak one stage (product analysis, studio concept, storyboard, a single shot, or the final mix).
## Reference files
- `references/shot-blueprint.md`: the 10-shot structure — per-shot objective, camera, lighting, and prompt templates. Read before generating the storyboard.
- `references/studio-concepts.md`: the studio background concepts and material-specific lighting rules. Read when designing the environment.
## Steps
1. First use `write_todos` to list the stages, then update the whole list as you progress.
2. Analyze every uploaded product reference with `recognize_image(image_url=<asset_id>, prompt=...)`. Extract: product category, shape/silhouette, colors, brand/logo/labels (preserve their appearance, never fabricate text), materials and finish (glass/metal/matte/glossy/fabric/ceramic/transparent), distinctive features, and available viewing angles. If multiple images, decide whether they are the same product from different angles, different variants, or different products for one campaign; ask one concise clarification only if the relationship materially affects the result.
3. Design the studio concept (read `references/studio-concepts.md`): pick ONE primary environment for the whole sequence that complements the product, plus a lighting plan matched to the product's materials.
4. Establish the master visual prompt: product identity + geometry + materials + environment + lighting + color palette + photorealistic commercial aesthetic + consistency lock. This is the common foundation for all 10 shots.
5. Generate the 10-shot storyboard (read `references/shot-blueprint.md`): exactly 10 distinct shots, each with objective, framing, angle, movement, lighting, composition, start/end frame, a full generation prompt, and a negative prompt. Save it as a document with `create_document(content=<storyboard>, name="<product> commercial storyboard", entity_type="scripts")`.
6. Render the shots: for each shot call `generate_video(model='ref2v', input_urls=[<product reference asset_id>], prompt=<shot prompt>, orientation=<portrait|landscape|square>, duration=<per-shot seconds>, name="Shot NN — <title>", entity_type="storyboard_videos")`. Use the product reference image(s) as the reference to lock product identity; keep the same orientation across all shots. (Video generation does not support NSFW/adult content on any channel.)
7. Optionally generate a background music track with `generate_music(prompt=<mood>, duration=<total>, name="<product> commercial music", entity_type="music")`.
8. Stitch the shots into the final commercial with `mix_clips(clips=[{video:{url:<shot asset_id>}, ...}], name="<product> commercial — final", entity_type="final_videos", orientation=<same as shots>)`. Optionally add the music track as audio.
9. Summarize in natural language: the product analysis, chosen studio concept, the 10-shot plan, and the final video. Don't paste large URL blocks.
## Notes
- Product consistency is mandatory: preserve silhouette, proportions, brand, logo placement, labels, colors, materials, and distinctive features. Creative freedom applies only to background, lighting, camera, composition, reflections, shadows, and atmosphere. Never invent buttons/labels/accessories not visible in the references.
- Don't invent product specs that can't be established from the images; if a label is illegible, preserve its visual appearance rather than fabricating text.
- Keep the same studio environment and color palette across all 10 shots; allow controlled variation in lighting, framing, and camera.
- Camera mo
