# Barry's Job Hopper 🐝

## When to use
- The user gives a scene idea or episode (e.g. "Barista Day 1", "Uber Driver struggle", "Ep 6", "Dog Walker") and wants one or more 4-second vertical Barry's Job Hopper clips with voiceover.
- The user wants to redo / regenerate one clip.

## Input
- **SCENE / EPISODE** — a short description like "Barista Day 1", "[Job] struggle", or an episode number from the bible. If the user doesn't give one, ask.
- **JOB** — derived from the bible table if an episode number is given.

## Language (MANDATORY)
- Target audience is international. **Always use standard English** for captions, VO, and any on-screen text. Never use Indonesian.
- Captions and VO must be clear, grammatically correct, natural English.

## Scale / proportion (MANDATORY — prevents "toy car" and wrong-size bugs)
Always add a scale sentence to every video prompt so objects are the correct real-world size relative to Bobby:
- "Bobby is a normal-sized adult human; all vehicles, furniture, tools, and objects around him are full real-world size and correctly proportioned to his body."
- For driving scenes: "Bobby sits inside a full-size real car, correctly scaled — the car is much larger than him, he is seated in the driver's seat with hands on the steering wheel and feet reaching the pedals."
- For any job with equipment: "the [tool/vehicle/object] is full-size and correctly proportioned to Bobby's human body."
- Avoid words that imply miniature/toy scale (e.g. "tiny", "small car", "mini").

## Reference files (read before EVERY generation)
- `references/character-lock.md`: Bobby's locked character description (a human, not a bee) + the scale/proportion rule to paste into every prompt.
- `references/scenes.md`: example scene ideas.
- `references/100-episode-locked.md` and `references/100-episode-locked-EN.md`: **MANDATORY** the 100/103-episode bible (both in English). Read to pick the job's logical struggle + correct FRIDAY ending, and to apply the 4 anti-repeat rules.
- `references/anti-repetition-matrix.md`: **MANDATORY** the per-episode storytelling blueprint (Hook Type, Story Structure, Comedy Type, Escalation Type, Interaction Type, Visual Gag, Ending Mechanism) for Ep 1–103. Read the episode's row and apply it so storytelling varies.
- `references/anti-repetition-variety.md`: **MANDATORY** the YouTube monetization-safety variety rules (vary structure, hook, visuals, duration, caption, audio, plot). Read and apply before every generation so episodes don't look mass-produced.
- `references/voiceover-guide.md`: **MANDATORY** how to write clear, detailed, standard-English VO per clip and how to attach it. Read before generating VO.

## Preset asset
- `character_ref` — Bobby's character reference sheet. Use it as the `input_urls` reference image so Bobby's face and body stay locked. (Do NOT use the old bee `barry_ref`.)

## The 4 anti-repeat rules (from the bible)
1. **Ending rotation**: never use the same FRIDAY ending twice in a row; rotate through the 20-item list.
2. **Unique struggle per job**: never default to "sweating honey" — use the job's logical struggle from the table.
3. **Season outcome ratio**: S1 85% fail, S2 65% fail, S3 50/50, S4 65% win, S5 80% win. Bobby isn't always losing.
4. **Twist every 5 episodes**: Old boss called back / New job Monday / Finally paid.

## Anti-repetition matrix (from `anti-repetition-matrix.md`)
For the requested episode, read its row and apply the assigned Hook Type, Story Structure, Comedy Type, Escalation Type, Interaction Type, Visual Gag, and Ending Mechanism. If 2 prior episodes already used the same Comedy Type, shift to another type from the list to avoid 3-in-a-row.

## Anti-repetition variety (from `anti-repetition-variety.md`)
Apply these so episodes don't look mass-produced: vary episode structure (not always Day 1→Struggle→Boss→FRIDAY), vary the opening hook, vary camera angle/lighting/setting, vary duration (3–6s), vary caption wording, vary audio/music, and let Bobby somet
