# Psychological Drama Short Turn a psychological-drama idea into a photorealistic, cinematic vertical (9:16) short with layered voiceover and sound design. The built-in reference template is the 12-second "Amara" sequence — read `references/amara-template.md` for the exact beats, timing, sound layers, and style to reuse or adapt. ## When to use - User wants a psychological-drama / thriller short video (vertical 9:16) from an idea, character, or beat. - User wants to redo, refine, or extend a stage (key frames, clips, voiceover, final mix) of such a short. ## Style conventions (always apply) - Photorealistic skin, realistic restrained body movement, cinematic shadows, natural imperfect appearance, subtle film grain, 35mm lens, shallow depth of field, slow camera movement, serious psychological-drama cinematography. - Vertical portrait 9:16 (`orientation='portrait'`). - No visible attacker, no supernatural creature, no graphic injury, no self-harm imagery, no text, no subtitles, no background music. - Sound design layered per beat: sudden scream / shaky breathing → room ambience + electrical hum → layered whispers fading to indistinct → abrupt cut to silence. ## Steps 1. First use `write_todos` to list the stages, then update it as you progress. 2. Clarify the idea: character (name, age, ethnicity/appearance), setting, the emotional beats and their rough timing, and any dialogue/whispers. If the user gives no specifics, default to the Amara template in `references/amara-template.md`. 3. **Key frames** — call `generate_image` (`model='t2i'`, `orientation='portrait'`) for each beat that needs a distinct shot (e.g. establishing wide of the dim room, push-in mid, close-up of the face). Keep the same character description across all frames for consistency. Pass `name` (e.g. `frame_wide`) and `entity_type='storyboard_images'`. 4. **Video clips** — for each key frame, call `generate_video` (`model='i2v'`, `input_urls=[<frame asset_id>]`, `orientation='portrait'`, `duration` per beat) to animate it with slow, restrained camera movement. Pass `name` (e.g. `clip_wide`) and `entity_type='storyboard_videos'`. 5. **Voiceover** — call `generate_tts` (`model='tts.design'`) with `voice_instruction` describing the delivery (e.g. "frightened young woman, desperate, breathless, trembling") for the scream line and the whispered inner-voice line. Pass `name` (e.g. `vo_scream`) and `entity_type='voiceovers'`. 6. **Final mix** — call `mix_clips` to concatenate the clips in order and layer the audio tracks (scream, room ambience/hum, whispers) at the right offsets, ending with an abrupt cut to silence. Pass `orientation='portrait'`, `name` (e.g. `psych_drama_final`), `entity_type='final_videos'`. 7. Summarize the result in natural language (no large URL dumps). Call `set_guidance` to suggest next actions (e.g. redo a stage, tweak the voice, make another short). ## Notes - Keep the same character description across all key frames so the face stays consistent. - Video generation does not support NSFW/adult content — decline such requests politely. - Report failures honestly; never fabricate URLs. - Intermediate stage assets (frames, clips, voiceover) will appear on the canvas alongside the final cut — that's expected. ## Reference files - `references/amara-template.md`: The full 12-second Amara sequence (beats, timing, dialogue, sound layers, style). Read it when the user wants the default template or a concrete example to adapt.
