# Mafia Rock Reel Director

## When to use
- The user wants a cinematic, realistic vertical reel (9:16) about a male character blending **mafia + rock + bohemian** style, living in real-life environments, with dynamic action, varied camera work, rhythmic flow, seamless no-gap transitions, and a surprise beat inside the scenes while keeping a coherent theme.
- Input can be a one-line idea, a script, or reference images (the character's look). Also use to redo/tweak one stage: rewrite the plan, next clip, restyle a scene, adjust the music, re-mix.

## Preset assets (character reference)
- The skill ships with preset reference images of the main male character (wild spiky silver hair, weathered expressive face, rock/metal + biker + bohemian looks). Refer to them by their preset keys (e.g. `char_ref_1` … `char_ref_4`) as reference images whenever generating the character, to keep identity consistent.

## Steps
1. **Clarify the brief.** If the user gave only a one-liner, ask 1–2 quick questions to lock the theme (e.g. mafia boss by day / rocker by night, bohemian hideout, a heist, a gig, a morning ritual) and the reel length (default ~15–30s). If reference images were uploaded, note the character's look.
2. **Write the plan.** Use `create_document` (name=`mafia-rock-reel-plan`, entity_type=`scripts`) to save a shot-by-shot plan: 8–12 shots, each with a real-life location, camera movement (dolly, crane, handheld, tracking, whip-pan, push-in, pull-out, zoom in/out, low/high angle, close-up, wide), the action, and how it flows into the next shot with **no visible gap**. Include one **surprise beat** (a reveal, a twist, an unexpected prop/character) placed mid-reel while staying on-theme. Keep the main character consistent in every shot.
3. **Generate storyboard images.** For each shot, call `generate_image` with `model='i2i'` (or `t2i` if no reference) and `orientation='portrait'`, passing the character preset reference image(s) in `input_urls` to keep identity. Prompt in English: photorealistic cinematic, real-life environment, the specific camera angle/movement, dynamic action, mafia+rock+bohemian styling. Use `name` = shot title (e.g. `shot-01`) and `entity_type='storyboard_images'`. Review each with `recognize_image` if needed.
4. **Generate video clips.** For each storyboard image, call `generate_video` with `model='i2v'` (image-to-video) and `orientation='portrait'`, `resolution='1080P'` (or higher if supported), passing the shot image as the start frame. Prompt the camera movement (zoom in/out, dolly, tracking, etc.) and the dynamic action. Use `name` = clip title and `entity_type='storyboard_videos'`. Keep each clip short (2–4s) so the reel stays rhythmic.
5. **Generate the score.** Call `generate_music` (model=`music`) for an instrumental track that matches the mood (e.g. cinematic mafia-rock with a driving beat, no vocals). Use `name` = track title and `entity_type='music'`.
6. **Mix the reel.** Call `mix_clips` with all clips in order as `videos` (concatenated, no gaps), add the music as the `audio` track, and set `orientation='portrait'`. Use `name` = final reel title and `entity_type='final_videos'`. Ensure transitions are seamless (no black frames/gaps between clips).
7. **Deliver.** Summarize the finished reel in natural language (theme, shots, camera work, surprise beat, music). Offer to tweak any stage.

## Notes
- Always keep the main character's identity consistent across shots by reusing the preset reference images.
- Video generation does not support NSFW/adult content on any channel — decline such requests politely.
- Report failures honestly; never fabricate URLs. If a generation fails, retry once with a clarified prompt.
- Intermediate storyboard images/clips will be visible on the canvas; that's expected.
- Use `write_todos` to track the multi-step workflow, and call `set_guidance` at stage boundaries to suggest next actions.
