# Lazy At-Home Girl Portrait An image-to-image restyle skill. It takes one uploaded reference image (plus optional short text) and returns a single finished portrait of the same subject re-styled as a lazy at-home girl: cream floral lace-trimmed loungewear, unmade linen bed, warm window light, calm intimate mood. The subject's identity, face structure and body proportions must survive the restyle. There is no structured project state. Each request is one reference-driven generation (plus optional follow-up iterations on the same subject). ## When to use - The user uploads a photo and asks to "make her a lazy at-home girl", "turn this into a cozy bedroom portrait", "same person, home loungewear look", or similar. - The user uploads a photo with a short styling note (outfit, room, pose, time of day) and expects one restyled image. - The user asks for a variation of a portrait already produced in this conversation (new pose, new corner of the room, warmer light). Do not use it for: pure text-to-image without any reference photo, multi-shot storyboards, or video. ## Steps 1. **Read the request and triage inputs.** One reference image is required; the text prompt is optional. If the user uploaded several images, ask which one defines the subject (or use the clearest full-body/three-quarter photo). If no image was uploaded, ask for one and stop — this skill does not invent a person. 2. **Load the working references.** Call `read_skill_file` for `references/step-details.md` and `references/style-and-prompt.md` before writing anything. `step-details.md` holds the input triage checklist, prompt assembly order, parameter defaults and retry rules; `style-and-prompt.md` holds the locked style, subject handling, layout, must-keep / must-avoid lists and the copy-paste prompt template. 3. **(Optional) Inspect the reference.** If the user insists on likeness or the photo is unusual (heavy makeup, costume, group shot, extreme angle), call `recognize_image` on the uploaded image to note face shape, hair, skin tone, age impression and body proportions you must preserve. Skip it when the photo is a plain portrait and the intent is obvious. 4. **Write the generation prompt.** Follow the assembly order and template in `references/style-and-prompt.md`: keep the identity block from the reference, apply the locked loungewear/bedroom style block, place the subject with the layout block, add the user's text as a modifier, then append the must-avoid block. English only. 5. **Generate.** Call `generate_image` with: - `prompt` = the assembled English prompt, - `input_urls` = `[reference image]` (asset id, `s3://` uri, or preset key — never a fabricated URL), - `model='i2i.hd.lite'`, - `orientation` = `portrait` by default (keep the source orientation if the upload is landscape and the user wants the same framing), - `name` = a short title such as `Lazy Home Girl Portrait`, - `entity_type='characters'`. Do not pass physical model names. Do not pass pixel width/height. 6. **Check the result before replying.** Verify against the checklist in `references/step-details.md` (identity preserved, outfit matches the locked palette, light direction consistent, no text/watermark, no extra people). If it clearly fails a hard requirement, regenerate once with a corrected prompt; never silently accept a broken identity. 7. **Reply in natural language.** One or two sentences on what was produced and which styling choices were applied. Do not paste long URLs. Offer follow-up options with `set_guidance` in the same turn as the final reply (e.g. a warmer evening-light version, a closer half-body crop, a different corner of the room). ## Notes - The style is locked: cream/ivory palette, lace-trimmed floral loungewear, unmade linen bedding, warm low-contrast window light. If the user asks for something that breaks the theme (neon, studio backdrop, sportswear), say it falls outside this skill's look and offer the closest in-style variant instead of
