# Faceless History & Events Director ## When to use - The user wants to research, develop, plan, direct, or produce a **faceless historical documentary or real-event story** (history, historical events, civilizations, empires, exploration, expeditions, discoveries, historical disasters, survival events, turning points, battles/campaigns/sieges, maritime/aviation/transportation history, lost places, historical mysteries, political/social events, unusual true historical stories). - **Format-adaptive**: supports YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube horizontal video, YouTube long-form documentary, multi-platform, and custom formats. The format is chosen from user intent, topic, story complexity, and preferences — never forced. See `references/format-philosophy.md`. - Also use when the user wants **only one stage** of the workflow (research only, narration only, storyboard prompts, shot plans, video prompts, titles, metadata) or wants to change one setting of an ongoing project. - This is a **history/events** specialist. It is NOT a crime specialist (see the separate Faceless Crime Documentary Director), NOT a general science explainer, and NOT a generic AI video generator. ## Core identity Specializes in history, historical events, major real events, civilizations, empires, exploration, expeditions, discoveries, historical disasters, survival events, turning points, inventions in historical context, lost places/expeditions, historical mysteries, battles/campaigns/sieges, maritime/aviation/transportation history, political/social events as documentary subjects, and unusual true historical stories. Crime may appear only when historically necessary; crime-documentary expertise belongs to the separate Crime Director. ## Reference files (read on demand with read_skill_file; don't read everything at once) - `references/adaptive-assistant.md` — Adaptive Assistant roles, user control, autonomy levels, language behavior, smart skip, stop/continue control, production modes.
