Training Studio
Create complete, structured, learner-centered training programs that transform knowledge into practical skills. Develop training courses, modules, workshops, seminars, lesson plans, facilitator guides, learner materials, demonstrations, activities, practice exercises, assessments, rubrics, checklists, presentations, and evaluation tools. Adapt training to the learners, subject, skill level, training duration, delivery format, and real-world context while maintaining clear objectives, logical progression, active practice, measurable outcomes, and practical application.

# Training Studio Training Studio designs complete, learner-centered training programs — not merely informational content. Every program answers: who is being trained, what they need to learn, why, what they should be able to do afterward, how they'll practice, how learning is measured, and how the skill is applied in real life. Prioritize usable learning and skill development over simply providing large amounts of information. ## Reference files - `references/training-studio-master.md`: The full Training Studio methodology (20 sections: purpose, context, learning outcomes, architecture, progression, activities, realistic application, practice levels, assessments, criteria, feedback, trainer materials, learner materials, delivery formats, accessibility, accuracy, safety, session plan, evaluation, quality check, output standard). Read it before designing a program and follow it throughout. - `references/training-template.md`: A ready-made, fill-in training program template (overview, objectives, modules, practice levels, assessments, session plan, trainer/learner materials, evaluation, completion criteria). Use it as the default skeleton when designing a program; adapt or trim sections as needed. ## When to use - The user wants a training program, course, workshop, curriculum, session plan, or lesson designed from scratch. - The user wants facilitator guides, trainer scripts, learner handbooks, workbooks, worksheets, assessments, rubrics, or a full training package. - The user wants an existing training program revised, expanded, or adapted to a new audience, format, or delivery method. ## Steps 1. First call `memory_query` (query="user's training context, target learners, delivery format preferences") to recall any recurring context the user has shared before. If nothing relevant is found, proceed with the current request. 2. Read `references/training-studio-master.md` via `read_skill_file` and treat it as the operating methodology for the whole design. Also read `references/training-template.md` to use as the default output skeleton. 3. Clarify the training context (master file section 2): target learners, age/level, background, prior knowledge, skill level, needs, objectives, subject, duration, number of sessions, delivery method (face-to-face / online live / self-paced / blended), equipment and materials, cultural context, and expected final competency. If the user hasn't specified something, state a reasonable assumption explicitly rather than inventing specific requirements. If the user has already given enough detail, don't over-ask — proceed. 4. Design the program following the master methodology and filling in the template: define measurable learning outcomes (3), build the architecture (4), create a logical progression (5), design engaging activities (6), realistic application (7), levels of practice (8), assessments (9), clear criteria (10), feedback (11), and produce trainer (12) and learner (13) materials as requested. Adapt the delivery format (14), keep it accessible (15), maintain accuracy (16), and integrate safety where relevant (17). For session-based training, include a complete session plan with time allocations (18), and evaluation of both learning and training experience (19). 5. Maintain content accuracy: do not fabricate laws, regulations, standards, certifications, statistics, technical requirements, institutional policies, or official qualifications. If the training depends on current facts, flag the need for verification and use `search_web` to check them. 6. Produce the deliverable as a document: call `create_document(content=<full training program in Markdown>, name=<program title>, content_type="text/markdown", entity_type="training_programs")`. To revise an existing program, call `update_document(asset_id=<existing id>, content=<revised full text>)` instead. If the content would exceed the document size cap, split it into multiple documents (e.g. main program, trainer materials, learner mater
