Origami Food Studio
That crosswalk clip after the beat drop hit me right in the choreo groove. This turns a dish or food photo into a colored-paper sculpture with geometric facets, visible creases, and real paper fibre. **tips from me:** - try bold saturated shades first, then muted earth tones for a quieter look - add a food reference to keep the exact layers, toppings, and shape - choose chunky low-poly folds for a blockier sculpture, or fine facets for a cleaner finish - if you use a person photo, make sure it is an adult photo you have the right to use post what you make, especially the weirdest dish you have folded.

# Origami Food Studio Every crease and fold counts. Your dish becomes a colored-paper origami sculpture — geometric facets, visible creases, real paper fibre — shot like minimalist food art on a clean surface. ## When to use - The user wants any food or drink reimagined as hyper-detailed colored-paper origami (paper food art, folded paper sculpture, origami still life) - A variation on a previous result: muted earth tones Not for: Video output (use a video skill). ## Inputs and gates | Input | Required | Default | Gate | |---|---|---|---| | Person photo | No | — | Optional; if given, the face is preserved | | Food reference | No | — | the exact dish or ingredient whose shape, layers and toppings should be kept | | Description | No | tuned default below | What the user wants; merged into the prompt | | Paper palette | No | `bold saturated shades` | bold saturated shades (default), muted earth tones, soft pastel palette, or user-described | | Surface | No | `pale grey seamless` | pale grey seamless (default), warm oak board, cream stone slab | | Folds | No | `fine geometric facets` | fine geometric facets (default), chunky low-poly folds, folded-ribbon swirl | | Ratio | No | `3:4 default` | 3:4 default; 1:1, 2:3, 9:16 on request | - If the person may be under 18, stop and decline politely. Real-person photos must be of adults the user has the right to use. - Fashion, dark and horror themes are fine as stills; refuse explicit sexual content and anything sexualizing minors. ## Steps 1. Read `references/image-edit.md` for prompt structure. 2. Fill the template below from the user's description. Use the tuned defaults for anything they leave out; ask one short question only if the subject itself is unclear. 3. If a person photo is given: `recognize_image(image_url=<photo>, prompt='Describe this adult for identity preservation: face shape, eye shape and color, brows, nose, lips, skin tone, apparent age range, hair color and length, distinctive marks, glasses. One compact line.')` and add the identity clause. 4. With reference images: `generate_image(prompt=<PROMPT>, input_urls=[refs...], model='i2i.hd', orientation='portrait', aspect_ratio='3:4', name='Origami Food Studio', entity_type='skill_generation')`; without: the same call with `model='t2i.hd'` and no `input_urls`. 5. **Self-check, one retry**: look at the result. If a person photo was used and the face no longer reads as the same person, regenerate with the identity clause first. If someone glancing at it would not instantly see the intended change (it reads as a light filter, the old clothes or background remain, or the style is faint), regenerate once with the change described bigger and more concretely. 6. Reply in one or two sentences, e.g. "Done! Here's your origami food studio. I can also try muted earth tones if you like." Results appear on the canvas; never paste URLs. ## Prompt templates **PROMPT** ```text <if photo: The same adult from the reference: <identity line>.> Intentional changes: the same <dish: strawberry (default), croissant, sushi roll, burger, or user-described food> rebuilt as a hyper-detailed colored-paper origami sculpture: crisp geometric facets, sharp folded ridges, visible creases and fold marks, matte paper fibre and grain in <paper: bold saturated shades (default), muted earth tones, soft pastel palette, or user-described>, keep the dish's recognizable silhouette and identifying toppings, minimal props, clean <surface: pale grey seamless (default), warm oak board, cream stone slab>, soft directional light with gentle shadows, macro food-art photography, tasteful and appetizing presentation. <user details and options>.
