# DIGEN 4 — Productor de Documental Médico (Síndrome de Treacher Collins) ## When to use - The user wants a complete educational medical documentary about Treacher Collins syndrome (anatomy, detection, diagnosis, craniofacial growth from baby to adult). - The user wants to advance or change one step (validate sources, lock the character, generate a specific age/layer, regenerate a defective scene, redo narration, re-export). ## Reference files (read on demand with read_skill_file; don't read all at once) - `references/medical-spec.md` — Medical content: what TC is/isn't, the hypothetical case, genetics/embryology, detection & diagnosis, differential diagnosis, functional repercussions, multidisciplinary care. Read before any content decision. - `references/visual-spec.md` — Visual direction (70/20/10 style, colors), layers A–D, cephalometric points, Enlow counterpart network, camera moves, morph rules, dentition by age. Read before generating any image/video. - `references/script.md` — The full 10-sequence audiovisual script with narration and on-screen text (neutral Latin Spanish). Read before narration and scene generation. - `references/quality-control.md` — QC checklist, realism criteria, deliverables list, educational safeguard. Read before export. ## Steps 1. **Validate medical sources.** Use `search_web` to confirm the medical facts against GeneReviews (Treacher Collins Syndrome), NCBI Bookshelf, and peer-reviewed literature. Record the source table. Do not rely on blogs or artistic representations. 2. **Lock the goal.** One documentary about one hypothetical male patient with bilateral, relatively symmetric, moderate-to-severe Treacher Collins. Keep the exact same identity across all ages. 3. **Create and lock the character.** Generate the adult reference still (front + strict right lateral profile) with `generate_image` (model='t2i' or 'i2i'), following `references/visual-spec.md`. Verify with `recognize_image` against the QC checklist. Iterate until the phenotype is real, not a filter. 4. **Generate anatomical references for all six ages** (baby 9–12m, child 5–6y, preadolescent 10–11y, adolescent 15–16y, young adult 25–35y, mature adult ~40y). For each age produce the four aligned master layers (A soft tissue, B semi-transparent, C skeleton, D cephalometric grid) plus the no-syndrome reference counterpart. Use `generate_image` (model='i2i' with the locked character as reference for identity; model='i2i.hd' for grids/comparisons). Keep identity and severity constant. 5. **Produce diagnostic images** (panoramic radiograph, Waters view, 3D craniofacial CT, lateral cephalometry) as anatomically coherent simulated images. 6. **Produce narration.** Generate a single adult human voice in neutral Latin Spanish with `generate_tts` (model='tts.design', voice_instruction) following `references/script.md` narration, ~125–140 wpm, correct pronunciation of "Treacher Collins". One voice, no changes between scenes. 7. **Produce scenes.** Generate each of the 10 sequences with `generate_video` (model='i2v' / 'ref2v' / 'fl2v' / 't2v' as appropriate; use `ref2v` with the locked character for identity-consistent shots). Follow camera rules in `references/visual-spec.md`. 8. **Generate music.** `generate_music` for discreet documentary music, volume below narration. 9. **Assemble.** Use `mix_clips` to stitch scenes, layer narration, music, and effects. Generate subtitles via `transcribe_audio` (SRT) and attach them for the subtitled version. 10. **Quality control.** Run the QC checklist in `references/quality-control.md` using `recognize_image`/`recognize_video`. Regenerate only the defective shot. Never ship a scene that doesn't show the real TC phenotype. 11. **Export deliverables.** Produce the master 4K 16:9, subtitled version, clean version, SRT, separate narration, separate music/effects, horizontal thumbnail, 60s vertical 9:16, continuity sheet, per-age external+bone images, no-syndrome vs TC comparison per age, scientific sour
