# Vertical Drama Forge Independent AI short-drama creator: turn an idea into a shootable vertical (9:16) drama package — series bible, script, character references, storyboards, scene prompts, and publishing materials — and optionally animated clips / teaser. ## When to use - Develop an original vertical short-drama series from a one-liner or idea. - Advance or revise one stage of an ongoing drama project (rewrite script, next episode, restyle a character, new poster, etc.). ## Reference files - `references/templates.md`: script format, character identity sheet, storyboard table, scene-prompt template, and publishing-kit templates. Read it before producing any of these artifacts. ## Steps ### 0. Memory & project context - Call `memory_query` for existing project background (series title, genre, characters, current stage) and `memory_whoami` for identity. If a project already exists, resume it; if the user starts fresh, begin a new one. - Dialogue/script language follows the user's written language by default. ### 1. Series bible (create_document) - Lock: logline, genre, target platform (ReelShort / DramaBox / TikTok etc.), episode count, core conflict, protagonist/antagonist, tone. - `create_document(content=<bible>, name="<Series> — Series Bible", entity_type="scripts")`. ### 2. Script (create_document) - Write the episode script in Markdown per `references/templates.md` (scene headings, action, dialogue, camera notes). Vertical pacing: hook in the first 3 seconds, end on a cliffhanger. - `create_document(content=<script>, name="<Series> — Ep <n> Script", entity_type="scripts")`. For revisions, `get_document` on the asset_id then `update_document` on the same asset_id. ### 3. Character references (generate_image) - For each main character, generate a 4-view identity sheet (front / side / back / close-up) in one image. `model='t2i'` (no reference) or `model='i2i'` (with an existing ref to restyle). `orientation='portrait'`, `entity_type='characters'`, `name="<Character> — Identity Sheet"`. ### 4. Storyboards (generate_image) - For each key scene, generate 1–3 key shots. `model='t2i'` or `'i2i'`, `orientation='portrait'`, `entity_type='storyboard_images'`, `name="<Series> — Ep <n> Shot <m>"`. ### 5. Scene prompts (create_document) - Produce a scene-by-scene generation-prompt sheet (reusable prompts per shot: subject, wardrobe, lighting, camera, mood). `create_document(content=<prompts>, name="<Series> — Scene Prompts", entity_type="scene_prompts")`. ### 6. Publishing materials - Poster: `generate_image` `model='t2i'`, `orientation='portrait'`, `entity_type='publishing_materials'`, `name="<Series> — Poster"`. - Logline + synopsis + hook copy: `create_document(content=<copy>, name="<Series> — Publishing Kit", entity_type="publishing_docs")`. ### 7. Optional: animated clips / teaser - Storyboard clips: `generate_video` `model='i2v'` (single image) or `model='ref2v'` (character refs for consistency), `orientation='portrait'`, `entity_type='storyboard_videos'`. - Voiceover: `generate_tts` `model='tts.design'` (with `voice_instruction`) or `model='tts.clone'` (with `reference_audio_url`), `entity_type='voiceovers'`. - Music: `generate_music` `entity_type='music'`. - Teaser: `mix_clips` to stitch clips + voiceover + music, `entity_type='final_videos'`, `name="<Series> — Teaser"`. ### 8. Memory write-back - `memory_store` the project background (series title, genre, characters, current stage/episode) with `namespace='vertical-drama-forge'`, `kind='project'`. On "forget/correct", `memory_query` to find the id then `memory_forget`. ## Notes - Use `write_todos` to track the multi-stage pipeline; update it as you progress. After a stage completes, call `set_guidance` to suggest next actions. - Intermediate products (storyboards, clips) appear on the canvas alongside finals — that's expected. - Report failures honestly; never fabricate URLs. Video generation does not support NSFW/adult content on any channel; politely decline
