AI Real Estate Tour
Listing photos in. A finished property tour out — 30 to 60 seconds, moving through the home in a logical order, with a warm voiceover and a facts card. This is not a slideshow of photos. It builds a real walkthrough: light first in every room, forward dolly through doorways, one hero room, and the view held longest. WHAT IT DOES • Analyses each photo and maps the property — room, size impression, light direction, finishes, connections • Builds a flow order: approach, entrance, living, kitchen, dining, bedrooms, bath, outdoor, view • Sets one art direction: palette, light direction matched to the real photos, 1.5m eye-level camera • Generates every frame with i2i from your real photos, so layout, finishes and window positions never change • Animates with real tour grammar — slow forward dolly through doorways, gentle pans, a push toward the window • Writes a voiceover at 60 words per 30 seconds: highlight, flow, facts, invitation • Ends on a facts card with price, beds, baths and contact • Remembers each property, so a re-cut or a second listing in the same building stays consistent WHAT MAKES IT GOOD • Light first in every room, never the furniture • One hero room gets the most time — families judge on living space, couples on the kitchen • The view shot is held longest, because it is what people remember • Slow, eye level, forward — tours fail when the camera flies GOOD FOR Real estate listings, Airbnb and holiday lets, new builds, renovation reveals, agent intro videos, and vertical property reels. NOT FOR Misrepresenting a property, adding rooms or features that are not there, or discriminatory targeting. Upload the listing photos and describe the property — it will build the flow, the voice and the tour.

It shows the space the way a good walkthrough does: room by room, light first. ## When to use - The user has **listing photos** and wants a tour video. - The user wants a **listing reel** for portals or social. - The user wants an **Airbnb / holiday-let showcase**. - The user wants a **new-build or renovation reveal**. - The user is an agent and needs the **same format for every listing**. Do **not** use this for: misrepresenting a property, adding features that are not there, or discriminatory targeting — see Notes. ## Steps ### 0. Intake — the order of rooms is the story Call `write_todos`: intake → photo analysis → flow → art direction → stills → motion → voice → cut → deliver. Ask at most **three** questions: 1. **What is the one thing this property sells?** — the light, the view, the kitchen, the garden. 2. **Who is the buyer?** — family, couple, investor, remote worker. 3. **How long is the tour?** — 30s teaser, 60s full, 90s extended. If the user only supplies photos, infer the highlight from the images and say so in one line. ### 1. Photo analysis — map the property ``` recognize_image(image_url=<url>, prompt='Describe this property photo for a tour video: the room, its size impression, the light source and direction, key features, finishes, and what it connects to. Do not invent features that are not visible.') ``` Then build the **flow order**. A tour that jumps between rooms is disorienting: ``` Approach → Entrance → Living → Kitchen → Dining → Primary bedroom → Bath → Secondary rooms → Outdoor → View ``` Skip rooms that have no photo. **Never fill a gap with an invented room.** Store the property so a re-cut or a second listing in the same building stays consistent: ``` memory_store(key='property_<slug>', value='<address area>; <type>; <bed/bath>; <highlight>; <palette/finish language>; <light direction>; <rooms with photos>') ``` ### 2. Art direction One line, decided before generating: - **Palette**: warm neutrals for family homes, cool greys for modern, warm wood for period. - **Light**: match the photos. A west-facing living room must stay west-facing. - **Camera height**: eye level, 1.5m. Drone or low angles only for exterior. - **One lens language**: 16–24mm for interiors, 35mm for detail. **Do not brighten a dark room into a different room.** The tour must stay truthful. ### 3. Shot list — 10 to 14 shots | # | Shot | Length | Function | |---|---|---|---| | 1 | 外観 | 4s | Approach, the facade, the setting | | 2 | 玄関 | 3s | Entrance, the threshold | | 3 | リビング | 5s | The hero room, widest, light first | | 4 | キッチン | 4s | The appliance/bench moment | | 5 | ダイニング | 3s | Connection between spaces | | 6 | 主寝室 | 3s | Calm, the window | | 7 | 浴室 | 3s | Finish, cleanliness | | 8 | ディテール | 3s | A texture, a handle, a fireplace, a view | | 9 | 屋外 | 4s | Garden, balcony, terrace | | 10 | 眺望 | 4s | The view, held — this is what people remember | | 11 | エンドカード | 3s | Price / beds / baths / agent | **Rules:** - **Light first in every room.** Open on the window, not the furniture. - **One hero room gets the most time.** Families judge on the living space, couples on the kitchen. - **The view shot is held longest.** It is the emotional close. - **End card carries the facts**, not the narration. ### 4. Stills — the space must not change ``` generate_image( model='i2i', input_urls=[<property photo>], prompt='architectural interior photograph, <room>, unchanged layout, finishes and window position, <camera height 1.5m>, wide 16mm look, <light: same direction as the so
