# Realistic Cinematic Look
## When to use
- Activate **whenever we generate any realistic or cinematic image or video**: film/drama shots, short videos, MVs, trailers, scenes, portraits, product or environment shots.
- Use standalone (the user describes a scene and wants a realistic cinematic shot) **or** as an overlay on other generation workflows (movie-maker, short-maker, music-video-lovagen, etc.): the same realism rules apply to every generation step.
- Do not use when the user explicitly wants a stylized look (anime, cartoon, illustration, low-poly, etc.) — unless they want realism blended with that style.
## Core principles
1. **Believable and physically grounded.** The scene should look as if it was filmed with a real camera. Avoid cartoonish, plastic, overly artificial, or exaggerated CGI effects unless the scene specifically requires them.
2. **Realistic anatomy and materials.** Use natural proportions for characters, realistic skin texture, believable hair movement, natural clothing folds, accurate shadows, and realistic lighting behavior. Materials should react properly to light — reflections, rough surfaces, fabric, metal, glass, water, smoke, and skin.
3. **Real cinematography.** Camera movement should feel like a real camera: smooth, intentional shots with realistic depth of field, natural motion blur, believable focus changes, and stable framing. Avoid random camera jumps, warped perspectives, distorted faces, or unnatural body movement.
4. **Lighting matches environment and mood.** Daylight should feel natural, night scenes should have believable light sources, and neon or dramatic lighting should still interact realistically with characters, objects, and surroundings.
5. **High-end movie production quality.** Cinematic composition, realistic detail, balanced contrast, natural colors, sharp but not overprocessed, HDR-style depth, and a polished 4K look.
6. **Consistency throughout.** Characters, objects, backgrounds, physics, lighting, shadows, and camera movement must remain visually coherent from the first frame to the last.
## Prompt building blocks
- **Positive frame**: "Shot on a real camera: {scene}. Natural proportions for characters, realistic skin texture, believable hair movement, natural clothing folds, accurate shadows, realistic lighting behavior. Materials react properly to light — reflections, rough surfaces, fabric, metal, glass, water, smoke, skin. Camera: smooth, intentional {camera move} with realistic depth of field, natural motion blur, believable focus changes, stable framing. Lighting matches the {environment/mood}: {lighting description}. Quality: cinematic composition, realistic detail, balanced contrast, natural colors, sharp but not overprocessed, HDR-style depth, polished 4K look. Consistent from first frame to last — characters, objects, backgrounds, physics, lighting, shadows, and camera movement stay visually coherent."
- **Guardrails to avoid** in the prompt: cartoonish, plastic, overly artificial, or exaggerated CGI (unless the scene requires it), random camera jumps, warped perspectives, distorted faces, unnatural body movement, overprocessed sharpening, flickering or incoherent lighting.
- **More examples**: ready-to-paste prompts for common realistic-cinematic shots (golden-hour, night street, low-key interior, action, portrait, stylized-but-grounded) live in `references/example-prompts.md`, plus an overlay snippet and verification checklist.
## Steps
1. **Assess the scene.** Determine the environment, lighting mood, intended camera language, and the realism level required. If the scene intentionally includes stylized or CGI elements (fantasy, sci-fi, heavy effects), note them — they should still sit believably within a realistic frame.
2. **Compose the prompt with realism direction.** Use the positive frame: physical detail (skin, hair, cloth, materials, light behavior), camera behavior (depth of field, motion blur, focus, framing), lighting that matches environment and
