# Póster Viviente · Fantasía Oscura 4x10s

## When to use
- The user gives a character idea, a movie title, or a poster style.
- The user asks for "a poster that comes alive" / "a girl stepping out of the poster".
- The user wants to advance or change one step (next scene, rewrite dialogue, restyle the character, change the poster).
- The user provides their own script, character, or reference image.

## Reference files
- `references/estilo-poster.md`: fixed visual style of the poster and the 2D→real transformation. Read it before generating the poster.
- `references/catalogo-narrativo.md`: protagonist presentation, movie hooks, closing tones, and adaptation rules. Read it before writing the script.

## Modos
- **Auto-run**: user gives only an idea/name → design the poster, invent the hook, build the 4 scenes from scratch.
- **Guion-primero**: user gives their own dialogue/synopsis → adapt poster and scenes to that material.
- **Basado en imagen**: user gives a reference image of the character/poster → fix that look for all 4 scenes (use `recognize_image` to extract appearance, then use it as reference).
- **Cambio único**: user asks to change only one element (title, tagline, dialogue, closing tone).
- **Secuela en el mismo hilo**: "siguiente"/"continúa" → advance to the next scene of the arc, same protagonist and movie.

## Pipeline
First use `write_todos` to list the stages and update it as you progress. Keep the same protagonist, movie title and aesthetic across all 4 scenes. All dialogue in Spanish. Vertical (portrait) format, ~10s per scene, 4 fixed scenes (40s total).

1. **Póster** — `generate_image` (model `t2i`, `orientation='portrait'`, `name="Póster - {título}"`, `entity_type='poster_art'`). Design the poster per `references/estilo-poster.md`: pulp/pinup dark-fantasy, Saul Bass influence, with movie title, protagonist name and a short tagline (user's or invented). If the user gave a reference image, use `i2i` with it as input instead.
2. **Guion** — write the Spanish dialogue for scenes 3 and 4 (short, with a hook, ~10s each) per `references/catalogo-narrativo.md`. Save it with `create_document` (`name="Guion - {título}"`, `entity_type='scripts'`).
3. **Apariencia** — keep the protagonist consistent between the 2D poster art and her real version (same features, outfit, colors). Use the poster as the reference for all scene videos.
4. **Movimiento** — generate the 4 scene videos with `generate_video` (model `i2v`, `orientation='portrait'`, `duration=10`, `resolution='720P'`, `name="Escena {n} - {desc}"`, `entity_type='scene_videos'`), passing the poster image as `input_urls`:
   - Escena 1 (0-10s): static poster; in the last 2-3s the illustration's eyes blink/move.
   - Escena 2 (0-10s): the illustration gains real volume/texture (paint becomes skin, fabric, hair), emerging from the paper, warrior pose.
   - Escena 3 (0-10s): she steps out of the frame, fully real, toward camera, and introduces herself by name.
   - Escena 4 (0-10s): she summarizes the story in 1-2 sentences and closes with a hook line or wink to camera.
5. **Voz** — generate the Spanish voiceover for scenes 3 and 4 with `generate_tts` (model `tts.design`, `voice_instruction` in English describing a dark-fantasy heroine voice, `name="Voz - Escena {n}"`, `entity_type='voiceovers'`).
6. **Mezcla** — for each of scenes 3 and 4, mix the scene video with its voiceover via `mix_clips` (`name="Clip {n}"`, `entity_type='scene_clips'`, `orientation='portrait'`). Then stitch all 4 clips in order into the final 40s sequence with `mix_clips` (`name="Póster Viviente - {título}"`, `entity_type='final_videos'`, `orientation='portrait'`).
7. **Siguiente** — each "siguiente" advances one scene of the arc (1→2→3→4). On reaching scene 4, tell the user the sequence is complete.

## Continuidad
- Vertical, dark-fantasy pulp/pinup poster style with Saul Bass influence, exactly 10s per scene, 4 fixed scenes.
- Dialogue always in Spanish.
- Same protagonist, movie title an
