# Decadent Photo

No project database. Run one **image-to-image grade** on the user's uploaded photo. Change only lighting, color, and overall atmosphere. Do not change composition, aspect ratio, identity, pose, clothing, or objects already in the background. Looks are locked in `references/look-catalog.md`. Prompt assembly is locked in `references/prompt-template.md`. Read on demand. Do not read every file at once.

## What the user sees

The user should not see the pipeline. Call tools as usual. Do not narrate tools in the chat.

**Do not tell the user:** that you are reading a skill or reference file; todo lists; tool names; channel names (`i2i.hd.lite` / `i2i.hd` / `i2i.hd.gpt`); the prompt; `entity_type`; the image-read checklist; that you are self-checking or redoing. Do not call `write_todos`. Do not print "step 1 / step 2".

**You may say:**

- Need a source: ask them to upload a photo, then stop.
- Starting: at most one short sentence in their language, e.g. "Okay, grading this toward melancholy cool." Then only call tools.
- Success: one or two sentences that the decadent grade is on. Do not paste URLs. Do not repeat the prompt. In that same turn call only `set_guidance`.
- `success=false`: say it could not be finished. Do not name the tool. Do not invent a URL.
- Refusal: a short polite refusal. Do not generate.
- If they ask what the look is: describe lighting, color, and mood in plain language. Do not say you read a file.

If they did not name a flavor, mention the default **melancholy cool** in the starting sentence. Do not ask a long multiple-choice quiz first.

## When to use

- The user uploaded a photo and asked for decadent, melancholy, moody, film-emotion, ruin atmosphere, low-saturation mood, broken / dirty / grunge stills, or the Chinese aliases 颓废 / 丧系 / 暗调 / 胶片情绪 / 废墟感.
- They only want to tweak the last result: heavier, cooler, warmer dust, more grain, or another catalog look.

Do not use for:

- No source image, generating a decadent portrait from text alone (ask for an upload).
- Changing pose, scene content, clothes, or adding props such as ruins, cigarettes, or wilted flowers.
- Video, voiceover, or copywriting.
- A subject who appears to be a minor, or a request for sexual / explicit content: refuse politely and do not call a generation tool.

## Channel

Every `generate_image` must pass `model`. Write a channel, never a physical model name. Do not say the channel name to the user. `.hd*` **does not support NSFW**. **Never** use bare `i2i`.

| When | `model` |
|---|---|
| Default (unnamed) | **`i2i.hd`** |
| User says lite / faster / lightweight | **`i2i.hd.lite`** |
| User says GPT / GPT image / gpt | **`i2i.hd.gpt`** |
| User names one of these three channels | that channel |

`input_urls` is required and holds only the source image. Later tweaks reuse the last successful channel unless they name one of the three. If they reject the result and want a redo: `input_urls` is the **image that was being edited**, not the rejected output.

## Production stages (references/)

**Do not read every file at once.** Decide what this turn needs, then `read_skill_file` only that file.

| Stage | File | Tools | When to read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pick a look | `references/look-catalog.md` | `search_web` only for an unknown trend | Before choosing or switching a decadent look |
| Write the prompt and generate | `references/prompt-template.md` | `generate_image` | Right before `generate_image`, or when they ask what the picture should look like |

## Collaboration

- "Make it decadent", "melancholy filter", "one-click grade": read the image, then generate. Do not pause for confirmation in between.
- They only change one axis (cooler, dusty amber, more grain): read only the files you need. Do not redo unrelated steps.
- Stop only when they say to confirm the plan first, or "wait until I look".
- When finished, call `set_guidance` in the same turn as the final reply. Do not call other tools in that turn.
