Trending & Viral Reels Creator
Give me one simple reel idea and I’ll handle the directing. Viral Reel Director turns rough concepts into scroll-stopping short-form videos with a strong opening hook, natural story flow, clean dialogue, cinematic camera direction, model-ready 10-second scenes, precise lip-sync instructions and continuity between clips. Perfect for AI influencers, micro-dramas, POV stories, relationship reels, office drama, comedy, lifestyle content, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok. Hindi/Hinglish dialogue is automatically converted into clean Devanagari for clearer speech generation. Just describe your idea in one line. The skill directs the rest.

The pipeline is: **research -> teardown -> remix -> creative brief -> script -> keyframes -> clips -> voiceover/music -> edit -> captions -> publish kit -> comparison export**. ## When to use - "Make me a viral reel about X" / "give me a trending short on X" - "Turn this idea into a Reel" / "ride this trend" / "remake this reel but with my product" - "Analyze this reel and tell me why it works" / "tear down this video" - the teardown path (Stage 1B) delivers the report, and stops there unless the user also wants a remake - "Remix this reel onto my topic" - Stage 1C rebuilds the reference's beat sheet on the user's topic and continues straight into production - "Show me before and after" / "compare my version to the original" - Stage 8B exports the matched-stills sheet and the A/B intercut - "Write the caption and hashtags" for a short ## Reference files Read on demand with `read_skill_file` - don't read all of them up front. - `references/trend-sources.md` - how to harvest live hashtags, sounds and format names from search results, with source tracking and extraction rules. Read it first at Stage 1. - `references/teardown-report.md` - the teardown method and report template (snapshot, technical read, shot-by-shot analysis, beat sheet, retention map, format fingerprint, remix plan). Read it at Stage 1B. - `references/remix-mapping.md` - the remix rules and brief template: remapping table, hook transplant, re-hook map, loop plan, remix archetypes, guardrails. Read it at Stage 1C. - `references/comparison-export.md` - the before/after export: matched stills, the comparison sheet template, the A/B intercut build, and what this toolset cannot composite. Read it at Stage 8B. - `references/viral-formats.md` - the trend/format library: hook formulas, retention structures, shot lists, pacing rules, and what to look for when researching a trend. Read it at Stage 1 and Stage 2. - `references/reel-anatomy.md` - per-stage parameter tables (channels, orientation, resolution, name/entity_type), duration budgets, and the publish-kit template. Read it before any generation call. ## Steps Use `write_todos` to lay out the stages at the start, and update the whole list as you progress. Keep at most one stage in progress. Confirm the creative brief with the user before the expensive generation stages (Stage 3+) unless they explicitly asked for a one-shot run. ### Stage 0 - Brief Extract from the user: topic/niche, platform (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), duration target (default 15-30s), tone, target audience, and any must-use elements (product, logo, person, reference image). If a niche or audience preference was stated before, call `memory_whoami` then `memory_query` for it and reuse the answer; don't ask again. ### Stage 1 - Research the trend (live harvest) Read `references/trend-sources.md` first and follow its query templates and extraction rules. 1. Run 3-5 `search_web` queries covering: trending formats for the topic, hashtag discovery (`trending hashtags for <topic> ... site:tiktok.com`, `<topic> hashtags trending reels`, `"#<topic>" hashtag reach`), and sounds (`trending sounds <topic> ... 2026`, `"trending audio" <topic> reels`). Vary the queries; don't rely on one. 2. Harvest the literal tokens the live results actually show: - **Hashtags**: take the `#tag` strings appearing in result titles, URLs and snippets. - **Sounds**: take the exact sound name
