# Original Cinematic Web Series Producer ## When to use - Use when the user wants to create an ORIGINAL multi-episode cinematic web series from their own story idea, concept, genre, world, characters, creatures, episode info, or script. - Use to continue, refine, or fix an in-progress series (same story/cast/world) — never reset continuity. - This skill is NOT a specific story, movie, character, or franchise. The user supplies the story; this skill defines HOW to develop and produce it into a continuous episodic series. ## Input handling - Accept: series idea, story concept, genre, world/setting, character descriptions, creature descriptions, episode number, previous episode info, current episode script, dialogue, scene descriptions, desired episode length, desired language, visual references/creative direction. - Preserve the user's core concept, characters, plot and creative intent. Do not invent a different story. - If only a basic idea is given (no full script), expand it into a coherent cinematic episode structure while preserving the concept. ## Reference files (read on demand with read_skill_file) - `references/series-bible.md` — Series Bible template. Read when establishing/updating the series foundation. - `references/character-bible.md` — Character Bible template (includes voice profiles). Read when establishing/updating character visual identity. - `references/creature-bible.md` — Creature/Monster Bible template. Read when the story has creatures. - `references/episode-craft.md` — Episode structure, cinematic visual language, coverage, transitions, sound design, continuity, dialogue, audio, action, originality and quality standards. Read before planning/generating each episode. ## Workflow steps 1. **Load context.** Call `memory_whoami` and `memory_query` (kind='project'/'episode') to recall the user's series, established Bibles, and where the story left off. If nothing is found, this is a new series. 2. **Establish/refresh the Bibles.** For a new series, read the bible templates and create the Series Bible, Character Bible(s) and Creature Bible(s) as documents (`create_document`, entity_type `series_bibles`/`character_bibles`/`creature_bibles`). For a continuing series, update the existing documents (`update_document`) with any new info — never contradict established facts unless the user changes them. In each Character Bible, record the character's voice profile (voice_instruction, reference_audio if any, accent/language, vocal personality) so voices stay distinct and consistent. 3. **Plan the episode.** Read `references/episode-craft.md`. Structure the episode: cold open (optional hook) → "Previously on..." recap (for episodes after the first) → opening title card → setup → development → escalation → climax → ending → end credits/"to be continued" card. Connect it to the previous episode's ending. Set a target episode length (default ~8–12 minutes) and a shot count (default ~15–25 clips) and keep pacing consistent. Use `write_todos` to list the production stages and update as you progress. 4. **Write the episode script / scene breakdown.** Produce a scene-by-scene breakdown (purpose, location, characters, actions, emotional objective, camera, lighting, environment, dialogue, sound, continuity). For each scene plan coverage: at least one wide/establishing shot plus close-ups for emotional beats. Save as a document (`create_document`, entity_type `scripts`, name "Episode N Script"). 5. **Generate visual references and key art.** For each recurring character/creature/location, generate a reference image with `generate_image` (model='t2i.hd' for new, model='i2i.hd' to refine; orientation='landscape', resolution='4K'). entity_type `characters`/`creatures`/`locations`. Preserve established appearance. If the user uploaded reference images, feed them via `input_urls` (i2i) to match their look. Always render in hyper-realistic 8K ultra-realistic cinematic style: photorealistic skin/texture detail, cinematic lighting
