# Monster Battle Video

Turn a monster-battle idea into a ~30s cinematic YouTube clip (16:9 landscape, no voiceover, with a dramatic score). The default matchup is a colossal gorilla-like titan vs a colossal reptilian titan with glowing dorsal spines (Kong vs Godzilla style); the user can change the monsters, setting, or tone.

## When to use
- User wants a short cinematic monster/kaiju battle video for YouTube.
- User wants to revise one stage (rewrite the beats, regenerate a shot, restyle a monster) or continue with the next clip.

## Reference files
- None. This is a self-contained pipeline.

## Steps

1. **Clarify (briefly).** Confirm the two monsters (default: giant gorilla-like titan vs giant reptilian titan with atomic breath), the setting (default: ruined city at dusk), and tone (default: epic/dramatic). If the user gives a one-liner, fill in sensible defaults and state them. Then lay out the plan with `write_todos`.

2. **Write the battle beats (script).** Break the ~30s into 4–5 beats (~6–7s each), e.g.: (1) the two titans face off across a ruined city; (2) the reptilian titan charges and fires its atomic breath; (3) the gorilla titan dodges and slams a building into it; (4) close-quarters grapple and a massive impact; (5) the gorilla titan delivers a finishing blow and roars. Keep each beat as a single clear action.

3. **Generate storyboard key frames** with `generate_image` (`model='t2i'`, `orientation='landscape'`, `resolution='720P'`). One image per beat. Describe the monsters consistently across all frames (same colors, size, dorsal spines, fur) so they stay recognizable. Pass `name` = e.g. `beat1_faceoff` … `beat5_finisher`, `entity_type='storyboard_images'`. Show the frames to the user and let them approve before animating.

4. **Generate video clips** with `generate_video` (`model='i2v'`, `orientation='landscape'`, `duration=6`). Use each approved storyboard image as the start frame (`input_urls=[<image asset_id>]`), and describe the motion for that beat in the prompt (camera push-in, the titan lunging, debris flying, dust, slow-mo on the finisher). Pass `name` = e.g. `clip1_faceoff` … `clip5_finisher`, `entity_type='storyboard_videos'`.

5. **Generate the score** with `generate_music` (`model='music'`, `duration=30`). Prompt for an epic, cinematic orchestral monster-battle score with deep brass, percussion, and a tense build to a climax, and weave in monster roar and heavy impact sound cues timed to the battle beats. Pass `name='monster_battle_score'`, `entity_type='music'`.

6. **Mix the final cut** with `mix_clips`. Concatenate the 5 clips in order (`clips` each with `video=<clip asset_id>`), and add the score as an audio track (`audio=<music asset_id>`, `volume` ~0.9). Use `orientation='landscape'`, `name='monster_battle_final'`, `entity_type='final_videos'`. If the user wants SFX, note that the platform has no dedicated SFX tool — roar and impact cues are folded into the music score.

7. **Reply.** Summarize the final video in natural language (matchup, beats, length). Call `set_guidance` to suggest next actions (e.g. "restyle a monster", "make it longer", "change the setting").

## Notes
- Keep the two monsters visually consistent across every frame and clip (repeat the same color/feature descriptors in every prompt).
- Video generation does not support NSFW/adult content on any channel — decline such requests politely.
- Report failures honestly; never fabricate URLs. If a generation fails, retry once with a slightly adjusted prompt.
- Intermediate step-by-step products (storyboard frames, clips) will be visible on the canvas — that's expected.
- For a single-stage tweak (e.g. "regenerate beat 3", "restyle the gorilla titan"), jump straight to that stage instead of redoing the whole pipeline.
