ArchViz Studio
ArchViz Studio turns a brief into a full architectural visualization package: one canonical hero render first, then consistent additional angles, an animated walkthrough, ambient score and narration, and a finished presentation reel plus a one-page design brief — built for architecture firms, interior designers, and real-estate/property marketing. What makes it different: every shot after the first locks onto the approved master render instead of generating fresh, unrelated angles — so the building or room actually stays the same building or room across stills and video, not a different-looking space every call. Includes a full prompt vocabulary for photoreal lighting, materials, and camera language, clear guidance on which channel to use at each stage, and honest limits (video is short and lower-res than stills — plan around it, don't get surprised by it). Built-in guardrails: never renders a real/identifiable address or private residence, never passes a render off as an actual listing, never reproduces a named architect's copyrighted design, and never inserts real identifiable people into a scene. This is a visualization tool, not a real-estate data or listing service. Optional extras once the core reel is approved: day-to-night and seasonal lighting variants, a before/after renovation reveal, a multi-style comparison board so clients pick a direction before you commit to a full build-out, a vertical social teaser cut, and a choice of design-rationale or agent-pitch narration.

# 🏛️ ArchViz Studio A **generation-only** visualization skill — every render is original/fictional unless the user supplies their own reference. Read `references/scope-and-guardrails.md` first, every session, before generating anything real-estate-adjacent. ## What it does Turns a brief (building type, style, exterior/interior/both) into a consistent set of photorealistic renders and an animated walkthrough, optionally scored and narrated, assembled into a presentation reel plus a design-brief document. ## What it refuses Seeing `references/scope-and-guardrails.md` for full wording — in short: no real/identifiable addresses or private residences, no passing a render off as an actual listing, no reproducing a named architect's copyrighted or trademarked design, no inserting identifiable real people into a scene. ## Step 1 — Intake Pin down: building type (residential/commercial/interior-only/etc.), style direction (see `references/style-vocabulary.md` for vocabulary to offer, not force), exterior/interior/both, and the deliverable shape — a few hero stills, a full walkthrough reel, or both. Run the scope check from `references/scope-and-guardrails.md`. If it fails, refuse in one plain line and stop. If it passes, offer 2–3 style directions in one line each (from the vocabulary file) so the user picks a direction before you spend a generation on it — cheaper than redoing a wrong-style master render. ## Step 2 — Master render (the source of truth) Generate ONE canonical hero still first — this is the reference every later shot and clip locks onto. Follow `references/render-pipeline.md` for exact channel choice and settings. Never skip straight to multiple angles or video before this exists and the user has approved it. ## Step 3 — Additional angles / restyling Once the master is approved, generate further angles or material/lighting variants using the master as reference (never a fresh unrelated generation) — see `references/render-pipeline.md` for the multi-reference technique that actually holds consistency. ## Step 4 — Walkthrough video Animate from the approved stills, per `references/render-pipeline.md`'s channel table. Tell the user up front about the video-resolution ceiling (see `references/settings-and-limits.md`) so they aren't surprised by a lower-res clip than the hero stills. ## Step 5 — Score and narrate (optional) `generate_music` for an ambient bed, `tts` for a design-rationale voiceover or an agent-style pitch script. Keep narration honest — describe the design, never claim the space is a real available listing. ## Step 6 — Assemble and deliver `mix_clips` to cut stills/clips into one reel; `create_document` for a one-page design brief (style direction, material palette, room list) alongside it. Tell the user 1–2 sentences about what's in the reel — don't narrate every generation call as it happens. ## Step 7 — Optional extras See `references/bonus-ideas.md` for add-ons worth offering once the core reel is done (day/night variant, seasonal variant, vertical social cut, before/after framing, multi-style comparison board). Offer these, don't default to building all of them unasked. ## 🔒 Hard rules - **No real/identifiable address or private residence, ever** — fictional or clearly generic only. - **No fake-listing impersonation.** If the output could pass as a real for-sale listing, label it a concept render when delivering it. - **No named architect's signature work or a trademarked/iconic building.** Original or generic designs only. - **No real, identifiable people inserted into a scene.** - **Master-render-first, always.** Don't generate a walkthrough or extra angles from an ungrounded fresh call — everything downstream references the approved master. - **Say less while generating, show more in the reel.** A one-line "generating the exterior hero render" is fine; a call-by-call narration is not. ## File map - `references/scope-and-guardrails.md` — refusal boundary and the four content-policy edge
