# Otome Interactive Video Maker-2
## When to use
- The user uploads **one male-lead photo** (live-action or 2D) and wants a heroine-first-person vertical **9:16** otome-style interactive short.
- Story is organized by **segment**: each segment is “scene setup + one line of dialogue” (2–4 common; 1 is fine). Segments form one continuous story. Each segment becomes one video shot.
- Also use when the user only wants to **redo one stage**: a segment still, a segment line, option cards, an affection-reaction shot, BGM, or the final mix.
## Hard requirements (do not weaken, skip, or reinterpret)
Read the mandatory rules in `references/hard-requirements.md` (via `read_skill_file`) and obey every item verbatim. Steps must obey them; do not restate them at length in later sections.
## Steps
### 0. Memory
At the start of a new run, `memory_query` for this skill’s lasting prefs (vertical, TTS forbidden, ref2v, unlocked camera, box timing, i2i.hd.lite, no forced Option 2, distinct reactions, fixed lighting, bathroom bathtub default, match user language, speak not sing, anti-singing phrase, consistent voice, look lock, no clipping). Apply them unless this turn overrides. After a successful run, `memory_store` only **new lasting prefs**, not one-off plot details.
### 1. Inputs and language
- Require **one male-lead photo**. If missing, ask for it and stop.
- Detect this turn’s language (Hard req 12). All on-screen text (dialogue, name tag, option cards, affection subtitles) uses that language. User-supplied lines/options are copied **verbatim**.
- If the user only wants to redo one stage, jump to **Step 10**.
### 2. Lock look, scene, voice, and plan
1. `recognize_image` on the photo. Lock a short look bible (face, hair, body, clothes, art style). This is the only identity source.
2. Lock **scene + lighting**. Default: bathroom bathtub. User scene wins. Write one lock sentence and reuse it everywhere, e.g. “same bathroom bathtub; background and lighting are identical to Segment 1”.
3. Parse segments. Each item = scene beat + **one** spoken line. If the user gave no lines, write 2 short spoken lines in the user’s language that fit the locked scene. Do not invent extra speakers.
4. Plan three options if the user did not supply them (same language):
- Opt 1 — gentle stay → Affection **+1**
- Opt 2 — more intimate / come closer → Affection **+3**
- Opt 3 — pull away / leave → Affection **−1**
5. After Seg 1 speech exists, lock a short **voice** note and reuse it.
Show the plan briefly (segments, lines, options, scene lock). Then generate; do not wait unless the user asked to confirm first.
### 3. Segment stills
For each segment, `generate_image`:
- `model='i2i.hd.lite'`
- `input_urls`: original male-lead photo (+ Seg 1 still for later segments)
- `orientation='portrait'`
- `name`: `Seg {n} Still`
- `entity_type`: `storyboard_images`
Prompt must include: look bible; locked scene + lighting; heroine-first-person 9:16 (camera is “her eyes”; male lead faces us); this beat’s pose; **no dialogue box on the still**; Hard reqs 6–8 and 18 (same face/style/proportions, anatomy correct, no clipping). No extra people.
Anatomy / look / scene error → redo that still before video.
### 4. Segment videos (speaking)
For each segment, `generate_video`:
- `model='ref2v'`
- `gen_mode='reference_to_video'`
- `input_urls`: original photo + this segment still (and Seg 1 still if helpful)
- `orientation='portrait'`
- `name`: `Seg {n} Video`
- `entity_type`: `storyboard_videos`
Prompt must include, in this order:
1. Same look / scene / lighting as the still; heroine-first-person; camera may push in / follow / close-up.
2. The male lead **speaks this exact line**: 「{verbatim line}」
3. The verbatim lock: `natural spoken talking voice, NOT singing, NOT a song, NOT lyrics.`
4. Locked voice note (from Seg 1 onward).
5. While he is speaking: lower-middle otome dialogue box (name tag + the same line). After he finishes, the box disappears.
6. Har
