# Horror Movie Studio

Turn a horror idea into a shootable short: script → storyboard images → video clips → character animation → monster/creature animation → location/environment animation → prop/object animation → camera movement → lighting/color-grade → title card → poster → background horror music → retro → voiceover → dialogue → foley → grade → retro-vhs → found-footage → captions → wind/whisper ambient → low drone → heartbeat pulse → creaking-door/floorboard → distant scream/wail → church-bell/tolling → children's-lullaby/music-box → static/radio-noise → rain/thunderstorm → footsteps/breathing → clock-ticking/chime → muffled-voice/demonic-whisper → chainsaw/metal-scrape → glass-shard/breaking → thunderclap/lightning → heartbeat-accelerating/pulse-rising → silence/dead-air → chilling-wind → scared-character → jump-scare stingers → final cut → QC → trailer → end card → export → platform. Supports slasher, supernatural/ghost, psychological, found-footage, gothic, and body horror.

## When to use
- The user wants a horror script, horror storyboard images, horror video clips, or a full short horror film from an idea, premise, or reference images.
- The user wants to continue, rewrite, or QC an existing horror project (script, shots, or rendered clips).
- The user names a horror sub-genre (slasher, ghost/supernatural, psychological, found-footage, gothic, body horror) and wants content in that style.

## Steps
1. **Clarify the brief** (if not already given): premise/logline, sub-genre(s), tone (e.g. dread, jump-scare, gore, slow-burn), length, and whether they want script-only, images-only, video-only, or the full pipeline. If they uploaded reference images (a character, a location, a style), note them for use as references.
2. **Plan with `write_todos`** listing the stages you'll run (script → storyboard → clips → character animation → monster animation → location animation → prop animation → camera → lighting → title card → poster → background music → retro → voiceover → dialogue → foley → grade → retro-vhs → found-footage → captions → wind → drone → heartbeat → creaks → screams → bells → lullaby → static → rain → steps → clock → whisper → saw → glass → thunder → pulse → silence → windhowl → scared → stingers → final cut → QC → trailer → end card → export → platform), and update the list as you progress.
3. **Script** (if requested): write a Markdown horror script (logline, characters, scene-by-scene beats with shot descriptions, dialogue, and horror cues per sub-genre). Save it with `create_document(content=..., name="<title> script", entity_type="scripts")`. For a long script, split into multiple documents rather than one oversized call.
4. **Storyboard images**: for each key shot, generate a still with `generate_image`. Use `model='t2i'` for text-to-image; use `model='i2i'` (or `i2i.hd` for complex multi-ref compositions) when editing or combining reference images. Pass `name="<shot title>"` and `entity_type="storyboard_images"`. Match the sub-genre's visual language (see `references/horror-style-guide.md`).
5. **Video clips**: animate each storyboard still with `generate_video`. Use `model='i2v'` for a single image-to-video; use `model='ref2v'` (with the character/location reference images in `input_urls`) when you need consistent identity across shots. Pass `name="<shot title> clip"` and `entity_type="storyboard_videos"`. Match the source still's `orientation`.
6. **Character animation** (optional): for shots featuring a character, animate them with expressive movement using `generate_video`. Use `model='ref2v'` (with the character reference images in `input_urls`) to keep identity consistent while the charact
