# Photo to Figure This skill does **one job**: turn the subject in the user's image into a display-ready collectible-figure catalog photo. No project database. Scale, paint, base, and photography are locked in `references/figure-template.md`. Read that file before generating. Do not rewrite the look from memory into an illustration, a live-action photo, or a floating 3D character poster. **Hard content rule:** the figure is a medium change only. Follow the source subject's body, face, pose, clothes, and extras. Keep the source pose exactly: head, torso, each arm, each hand, each leg, each foot, gaze, and what is hidden. Do not invent a pose the source does not have (no standing up a lying person, no display contrapposto, no extra limbs to complete a catalog stance). Do not invent limbs, props, people, or decorations that are not in the source. Do not add redundant copies of anything already there. ## User-visible speech (hard) The user must not see the pipeline. Tools still run. Chat text does not narrate them. **Never tell the user:** that you are reading a skill or a reference file; a task list or todo; tool names (`recognize_image`, `generate_image`, `read_skill`, `read_skill_file`, `write_todos`, `set_guidance`); channel names (`t2i`, `i2i.hd.lite`, `i2i.hd`, `i2i.hd.gpt`); `FIGURE LOCK`; the prompt; `entity_type`; self-check or silent redo. Do not call `write_todos`. Do not print a plan, a checklist, or "step 1 / step 2". **The only user-visible text:** - Need an upload: ask for a photo of the subject, then stop. - They asked what the figure look is, and you are not generating: a short natural-language summary. Do not name the template file. - Starting a make: at most one short line in their language, such as `Okay, I'm making your figure now.` Then only tools until the image is ready. No more chatter between tools. - Success: one or two sentences that it is ready. Do not paste URLs. Do not repeat the prompt. Same turn: `set_guidance` only, no other tools. - Tool `success=false`: say it did not finish. Do not name the tool or invent a URL. - Refuse: a short polite refusal. Do not generate. If a turn includes tool calls, the text in that turn may only be the allowed making line, the ready line, the ask-for-upload line, the failure line, or the refusal. Nothing else. ## When to use - The user uploaded a person, character, pet, or other subject and asked for a collectible figure, PVC scale statue, art toy, or blind-box display piece. - The user wants to change the base, camera angle, paint finish, or shift the last figure toward a 1/7 scale look or an art-toy look. Do not use this skill when there is no subject image and they want an unrelated person invented from text, or when they only want an illustration, a retouch, a costume change, video, or voiceover. ## Template summary The full spec lives in the reference file. Every generate uses this catalog shot. Do not invent another style. | Item | Default | |---|---| | Identity | Same face, hair, outfit, colors, pose, and extras as the source. Convert only the medium. | | Pose | Same pose as the source, limb by limb. Do not invent a pose the source does not show. A lying person stays lying. Hidden limbs stay hidden. No catalog standing/sitting pose unless that is already the source. | | Anatomy | Same limb count as the source. A human has one head, two arms, two hands, two legs, two feet. No third leg, extra arm, fused limb, or duplicate pose of a limb. | | Extras | Only props that are already on the source. Never paste example extras (wings, doves, cards, tails, backpacks) into the prompt unless they are on the source. | | Scale | **1/7 PVC/ABS scale figure**, character about 23 cm, about 28–32 cm with the base. Source already chibi / super-deformed, or the user asked for art toy, blind box, DIMOO → about 12–15 cm, 2.5–3 heads vinyl art toy. | | Material | Injection PVC/ABS with layered figure paint. Satin PVC skin, sculpted hair, enamel eyes. Flocking only if t
