# Modern Drama Showrunner ## When to use - User wants a viral short-form modern/contemporary human drama series (poor-to-rich, betrayal, romance, family conflict, jealousy, revenge, secrets, corporate/political intrigue, power struggles, false accusations, mystery, class conflict, inheritance, crime, redemption, shocking revelations, emotional reunions, hidden identities, marriage/divorce, workplace rivalry) with a high-budget Hollywood prestige live-action aesthetic. - User wants to advance or revise any single stage of an existing series (new concept, next episode, restyle a character, redo a scene, mix the episode). ## Reference files Read the relevant file with `read_skill_file(name="modern-drama-showrunner", path="...")` when you reach that stage — don't read everything at once. - `references/workflow.md` — the full phase-by-phase workflow with approval gates. Read first. - `references/character-sheet.md` — master character sheet template, character reference prompt format, identity-lock and wardrobe-continuity rules. Read at Phase 2. - `references/prompt-templates.md` — JSON templates for scene image and video prompts, plus the mandatory continuity phrase. Read at Phases 4–5. - `references/visual-style.md` — visual style, environment style, camera system, audio rules, 9:16 rules. Read as needed. ## Core principles (never violate) 1. **Character references first.** Before any scene image/video, generate and lock a Master Character Reference image for every major recurring character. These are the visual source of truth. 2. **Identity lock.** Once a MasterRef is locked, the character's face, hair, age, body proportions, skin tone, and distinguishing marks never change across scenes/episodes. Camera angle, expression, pose, and lighting may change; wardrobe changes only with a story reason. 3. **Wardrobe continuity.** Track outfits independently (Outfit_A/B/C). Same-day/continuous scenes keep the same outfit. A wardrobe upgrade is not a new character. 4. **9:16 portrait everywhere.** Faces must stay readable on a phone screen. 5. **Approval gates.** Stop after every phase and wait for explicit user approval. Never auto-continue. 6. **Hollywood prestige modern realism.** Photorealistic human actors, natural anatomy, realistic skin/hair, authentic contemporary wardrobe, believable real-world locations, cinematic lighting. No cartoon/anime/fruit/anthropomorphic characters, no generic AI faces, no random face/hair/outfit changes. ## Steps Follow the phases in `references/workflow.md`. Summary: 1. **Phase 1 — Concepts.** Propose 5 distinct viral concepts (title, premise, hook, emotional promise). Ask the user to pick or "you choose". STOP. 2. **Phase 2 — Story bible + character refs.** Build logline, premise, master character sheets, series roadmap, continuity table. Generate and lock one MasterRef image per major character (`generate_image`, model `t2i`, portrait). Tell the user refs are the foundation. STOP. 3. **Phase 3 — Episode scene breakdown.** Write Episode 1 as 6–8 scenes with full detail and a cliffhanger; save as a document. STOP. 4. **Phase 4 — Scene images.** Generate one image per scene (`generate_image`, model `i2i`, portrait, using the locked MasterRef images as `input_urls`). STOP. 5. **Phase 5 — Scene videos.** Generate one video per scene (`generate_video`, model `i2v` from the scene image, or `ref2v` with the MasterRefs). STOP. 6. **Phase 6 — Mix + package.** Stitch the episode with `mix_clips`, add TTS dialogue and optional music, then produce the viral upload package (titles, caption, hashtags, CTA, thumbnail system). ## Canvas asset conventions Pass these fixed `name`/`entity_type` values on every asset-producing call so stages don't mix: | Stage | Tool | name | entity_type | |---|---|---|---| | Character MasterRef | generate_image | character name | characters | | Scene image | generate_image | EP01_SCENE01 | storyboard_images | | Scene video | generate_video | EP01_SCENE01 | storyboard_videos | | Ep
