その規則を、守ってください。 都市伝説は、怪物の話ではありません。条件と、警告の話です。 ・規則を先に書きます — 短い文、三つまで、最後の一つが必ず罠になります ・8拍構成 — 規則が画面に出る、主人公が読む、日常、うっかり違反、合図、同じ空間がもう一度、罠の一行、画面が落ちる ・定番の小道具 — 四時四十四分の時計、掲示板の文体、学校のトイレ、無人駅、通知と着信、三回のノック ・音 — 冷蔵庫のハム音、遠くの電車、通知音、三回のノック、そして突然の完全な無音 ・参考映像の解析 — 日本のホラー映像をアップロードするか YouTube / TikTok / Instagram のリンクを貼ると、規則の見せ方、カットの長さ、同じ空間の繰り返し方、警告文の位置を読み取ります このジャンルの鉄則は「脅威を見せないこと」。怖さは規則と反復にあります。幽霊の顔も、脅かし音も、説明字幕もありません。 画面内の文字はすべて日本語です。駅名・学校名・地名はすべて架空で、実在の事件や被害者は題材にしません。グロ表現は扱いません。オリジナル制作のみで、参考映像の流用はしません。

# 都市伝説 / Japanese Urban Legend

Turn a rule into dread. A Japanese urban legend is not a monster story — it is **a set of
conditions plus a warning**, told as somebody else's testimony. **This skill produces content
for a Japanese audience — every word visible on screen is Japanese.**

## When to use

- The user asks for 都市伝説, an urban legend, 規則怪談, or a "rules" horror short.
- The user names a legend: 口裂け女, トイレの花子さん, きさらぎ駅, メリーさんの電話, 四時四十四分,
  ひとりかくれんぼ, テケテケ.
- The user wants a 掲示板 / 証言 style recording, or a short that ends on a warning line.
- The user wants a vertical urban-legend short for TikTok / Shorts / Reels.
- The user uploads a Japanese horror clip as a style reference and wants an original short.

Do **not** use this skill for: gore, pranks targeting a real person, real named victims or
real incidents, or reproducing a specific film's scenes — see Notes.

## Steps

### 0. Clarify — the rule first, always

Call `write_todos` with the plan: clarify → (optional) reference analysis → write the rule →
storyboard → stills → shots → the warning card → sound → edit.

An urban legend **is its rule**. Decide the rule before anything else. Then ask only what you
still need:

1. **Which legend or motif?** (offer two or three; don't ask openly)
2. **What is the rule?** — three conditions maximum, the last one always the trap.
3. **Length** — 15s teaser / 30s short / 60s episode.
4. **Frame** — portrait 9:16 for Shorts, or landscape 16:9 for a 記録映像 feel.

Read the finished rule back in Japanese in one short block, and get a yes. **If the rule is
not clear enough to obey, the piece cannot work.**

### 1. Reference analysis (only if the user supplies a clip)

For a YouTube / TikTok / Instagram link, resolve it first with `download_video(url=...)`.
Turn the answer into a short treatment note and read it back. Then build an **original** short.

### 2. Write the rule — the heart of the piece

Use this shape. The last line is mandatory and must be the trap:

Rules for good rules: short sentences, plain nouns, no explanation of why, and a final
condition that the protagonist cannot help breaking.

### 3. Storyboard — 8 beats, about 30 seconds

**The iron rule: never show the threat.** The legend works because it is a condition, not a
creature. Beats 3 and 6 must share the exact same framing — that repetition is the scare.

### 4. 日本語での作法 — what makes it Japanese

**All on-screen text is Japanese. No English anywhere.**
