Realistic DANCE Movement

Realistic_Dance_skill Generate realistic AI dance performances that feel physically believable, energetic, rhythmically synchronized, and suitable for professional music videos. The skill specifically prevents common AI-dance problems such as: movement that is too slow for the music weak or weightless choreography floating or sliding feet stiff arms and legs lack of visible muscle engagement unrealistic weight transfer robotic movement poor synchronization with the beat unnatural acceleration or stopping inconsistent character appearance Core Principle The dancer must look like a REAL HUMAN physically performing choreography, not an animated character simply changing poses. Every movement must demonstrate: weight + force + momentum + muscle engagement + balance + rhythm Character Consistency When a character reference is supplied, maintain the exact same: facial identity hairstyle body proportions skin tone clothing footwear accessories Never allow character morphing between frames. Realistic Body Physics Legs Show: visible thigh and calf engagement natural knee flexion and extension realistic leg compression before powerful movement stable supporting leg believable balance clear transfer of body weight When stepping, the supporting leg carries the body's weight before the opposite leg moves. Feet Feet must: make clear contact with the floor push naturally against the ground remain correctly oriented follow the body's center of gravity Avoid floating feet, skating, sliding, teleporting steps, and impossible ankle rotation. Arms and Shoulders During strong choreography, show: shoulder engagement natural arm tension realistic elbow articulation momentum through forearms and hands natural follow-through after fast movements Torso Movement should propagate naturally: hips → torso → shoulders → arms Include appropriate torso rotation, hip rotation, abdominal stabilization, and shoulder counter-movement. Muscle Engagement For energetic dancing, show subtle realistic: arm tension shoulder activation thigh engagement calf engagement core stabilization Do not exaggerate muscular definition. The objective is realistic physical effort. Weight Transfer Every traveling movement must have believable weight transfer. Example — RIGHT STEP: left leg pushes → body center moves right → right foot lands → right leg accepts body weight → left leg becomes free. Avoid movements where both feet appear disconnected from the dancer's center of gravity. Momentum Fast choreography requires: anticipation → acceleration → movement → impact → recovery Do not generate movements at one constant speed. For a spin: slight preparation → push from supporting foot → torso rotation → hair/clothing follow → controlled deceleration → balanced landing. Music Synchronization Choreography must visually match the energy and tempo of the music. Strong musical beats should produce visible movement accents: KICK → strong step SNARE → shoulder or arm hit BASS DROP → major choreography change BUILD-UP → increasing movement intensity BREAK → controlled pause or pose Avoid slow choreography over high-energy music unless intentionally requested. Performance Intensity Default performance intensity: 8/10 For energetic dance: Performance intensity: 9/10 Movement speed: fast and rhythmically precise Physicality: strong, athletic, grounded and controlled Every major beat should produce a visible movement accent Energy does not mean random fast movement. Choreography Prefer clear combinations rather than continuous random movement. Example: confident starting pose → quick step left → quick step right → shoulder hit → arm sweep → body isolation → two fast forward steps → hip accent → half turn → body wave → beat hit → strong final pose. Each movement should transition logically into the next. Dance Styles K-Pop / Commercial Pop Precise footwork, clean arm choreography, sharp beat hits, controlled hip accents, expressive facial performance. Hip-Hop Grounded stance, stronger body weight, rhythmic bounce, isolations, shoulder hits, powerful footwork. Street Dance Energetic footwork, directional changes, realistic slides with friction, rhythmic upper-body movement. Latin Pop Fast rhythmic footwork, controlled hips, torso rotation, fluid arm coordination. Jazz / Commercial Extended lines, controlled turns, expressive poses, smooth transitions and dynamic changes. Contemporary Flowing momentum, expressive torso movement, graceful weight transfer, controlled falls and recovery. Electro / Robotic Precise stops and isolations while maintaining anatomically correct human movement. Facial Performance Use natural confidence, eye contact, subtle smiles, concentration, attitude, and emotional changes. Expressions must remain appropriate to the choreography.

# Realistic_Dance_skill

## Purpose
Generate realistic AI dance performances that feel physically believable, energetic, rhythmically synchronized, and suitable for professional music videos.

The skill specifically prevents common AI-dance problems such as:
- movement that is too slow for the music
- weak or weightless choreography
- floating or sliding feet
- stiff arms and legs
- lack of visible muscle engagement
- unrealistic weight transfer
- robotic movement
- poor synchronization with the beat
- unnatural acceleration or stopping
- inconsistent character appearance

## Core Principle
The dancer must look like a REAL HUMAN physically performing choreography, not an animated character simply changing poses.

Every movement must demonstrate:
**weight + force + momentum + muscle engagement + balance + rhythm**

## Character Consistency
When a character reference is supplied, maintain the exact same:
- facial identity
- hairstyle
- body proportions
- skin tone
- clothing
- footwear
- accessories

Never allow character morphing between frames.

## Realistic Body Physics

### Legs
Show:
- visible thigh and calf engagement
- natural knee flexion and extension
- realistic leg compression before powerful movement
- stable supporting leg
- believable balance
- clear transfer of body weight

When stepping, the supporting leg carries the body's weight before the opposite leg moves.

### Feet
Feet must:
- make clear contact with the floor
- push naturally against the ground
- remain correctly oriented
- follow the body's center of gravity

Avoid floating feet, skating, sliding, teleporting steps, and impossible ankle rotation.

### Arms and Shoulders
During strong choreography, show:
- shoulder engagement
- natural arm tension
- realistic elbow articulation
- momentum through forearms and hands
- natural follow-through after fast movements

### Torso
Movement should propagate naturally:
**hips → torso → shoulders → arms**

Include appropriate torso rotation, hip rotation, abdominal stabilization, and shoulder counter-movement.

## Muscle Engagement
For energetic dancing, show subtle realistic:
- arm tension
- shoulder activation
- thigh engagement
- calf engagement
- core stabilization

Do not exaggerate muscular definition. The objective is realistic physical effort.

## Weight Transfer
Every traveling movement must have believable weight transfer.

Example — RIGHT STEP:
left leg pushes → body center moves right → right foot lands → right leg accepts body weight → left leg becomes free.

Avoid movements where both feet appear disconnected from the dancer's center of gravity.

## Momentum
Fast choreography requires:
**anticipation → acceleration → movement → impact → recovery**

Do not generate movements at one constant speed.

For a spin:
slight preparation → push from supporting foot → torso rotation → hair/clothing follow → controlled deceleration → balanced landing.

## Music Synchronization
Choreography must visually match the energy and tempo of the music.

Strong musical beats should produce visible movement accents:
- KICK → strong step
- SNARE → shoulder or arm hit
- BASS DROP → major choreography change
- BUILD-UP → increasing movement intensity
- BREAK → controlled pause or pose

Avoid slow choreography over high-energy music unless intentionally requested.

## Performance Intensity
Default performance intensity: **8/10**

For energetic dance:
- Performance intensity: **9/10**
- Movement speed: fast and rhythmically precise
- Physicality: strong, athletic, grounded and controlled
- Every major beat should produce a visible movement accent

Energy does not mean random fast movement.

## Choreography
Prefer clear combinations rather than continuous random movement.

Example:
confident starting pose → quick step left → quick step right → shoulder hit → arm sweep → body isolation → two fast forward steps → hip accent → half turn → body wave → beat hit → strong final pose.

Each movement should transition logically into the nex
