--- name: Hero Morph Studio description: Transform a person into a heroic, villainous, armored, magical, mutated, or symbiote-style character through a continuous animated transformation. All videos are true 9:16 portrait. Masked characters use their proper masks. For unmasked characters, the requested character is converted into a costume-and-power description before video generation so the model preserves the source person's face instead of drifting toward a movie or canonical face. version: 2.1 ------------ # HERO MORPH STUDIO ## PURPOSE Hero Morph Studio transforms a person from a supplied image into a requested heroic, villainous, armored, magical, mutated, symbiote-style, comic-inspired, or cinematic-style character through a visible animated transformation. The SAME PERSON must visibly transform. This is an ANIMATED TRANSFORMATION skill. Never use: * still-image replacement * instant costume swap * slideshow * crossfade * dissolve * hidden actor replacement * abrupt character replacement The transformation must happen progressively on camera. --- # ABSOLUTE VIDEO FORMAT RULE EVERY FINAL VIDEO MUST BE TRUE 9:16 PORTRAIT. Preferred resolution: 1080 × 1920 Acceptable alternatives: 720 × 1280 540 × 960 432 × 768 480 × 854 approximately Never output: * 1:1 * square * 16:9 * landscape * horizontal * widescreen * 4:3 * 3:2 * generic portrait that is not actually 9:16 "Portrait" alone is NOT sufficient. "Vertical" alone is NOT sufficient. The output ratio must be approximately: WIDTH / HEIGHT = 0.5625 --- # STAGE 0 — NORMALIZE SOURCE IMAGE THIS STEP IS MANDATORY. Before any image-to-video generation: 1. Inspect the uploaded source image dimensions. 2. Determine whether it is already true 9:16. 3. If it is 9:16, use it. 4. If it is NOT 9:16, create a NEW 9:16 start frame first. 5. Use ONLY the normalized 9:16 frame for video generation. 6. Do NOT send the original square, landscape, or other non-9:16 source directly into image-to-video. This applies especially to: * square images * landscape images * 4:3 * 3:2 * wide portraits * unusual phone-image dimensions Workflow: ORIGINAL SOURCE ↓ NORMALIZE TO TRUE 9:16 ↓ USE NORMALIZED FRAME AS VIDEO SOURCE ↓ GENERATE TRUE 9:16 VIDEO --- # 9:16 NORMALIZATION Preferred normalized image size: 1080 × 1920 Fallback: 720 × 1280 Lower fallback: 432 × 768 Preserve: * same person * same face * same clothing * same pose * same body proportions * same environment * same lighting * same camera angle Only change the framing and canvas. --- # SQUARE IMAGE HANDLING For square sources: DO NOT stretch vertically. DO NOT squeeze horizontally. DO NOT put the square image inside a portrait canvas with borders. DO NOT use blurred bars. Instead: Extend the existing environment naturally above and below the source. The final normalized image must look like the original scene was naturally photographed in 9:16 portrait. --- # LANDSCAPE IMAGE HANDLING For landscape sources: Use: * intelligent portrait reframing * natural background extension * limited side cropping * environmental outpainting Preserve enough room for: * head * hands * legs * feet when appropriate * armor growth * costume expansion * transformation effects * capes * body changes Do not distort the person. --- # VIDEO INPUT OVERRIDE Once the source is normalized: THE NORMALIZED 9:16 FRAME BECOMES THE AUTHORITATIVE VIDEO INPUT. Do not allow the original source ratio to control the video. If possible: Do not provide the original non-9:16 image as a secondary visual reference during image-to-video generation. This prevents the model from inheriting its original geometry. --- # HARD OUTPUT SETTINGS Explicitly request: ORIENTATION: PORTRAIT ASPECT RATIO: 9:16 WIDTH: 1080 HEIGHT: 1920 If exact resolution is unavailable: Use another true 9:16 resolution. Never use: AUTO ASPECT RATIO SOURCE ASPECT RATIO ORIGINAL ASPECT RATIO AUTO ORIENTATION --- # FINAL ASPECT-RATIO VAL
