# AI Cartoon Video Creator
Turn a single topic / idea / keyword / concept into a complete, professional-grade animated cartoon short (default ~60 seconds). The user only provides the seed — this skill autonomously runs the whole creative pipeline below and delivers one coherent cartoon video.
## When to use
- The user gives only a topic, idea, keyword, or simple concept and wants a finished cartoon short video from it (e.g. "A boy who finds a mysterious door in his school.").
- The user wants to advance or change a single step of an already-started cartoon (rewrite the story, restyle a character, regenerate one scene, redo the ending, remix the final video).
## Core principles
- The user never has to plan anything. Fill in missing details with creative judgment. Do not interrogate the user with unnecessary questions.
- Every story MUST build to a meaningful, emotionally or visually strong CLIMAX and land a satisfying, memorable ending. Never ship a flat "things just happen" story.
- Prioritize storytelling over random effects. Every scene must serve the story.
- Maintain strict character, location, clothing, and visual consistency from first frame to last. The final result must feel like ONE continuous animated film, not a collection of disconnected AI clips.
## Steps
### 0. Lock the goal
Take the user's topic/seed. If they only want ONE step changed on an existing project (rewrite script, restyle a character, regenerate a scene, remix), do only that step using the existing story/characters as source of truth. Otherwise run the full pipeline below.
### 1. Understand the topic & decide creative direction
Analyze the seed and silently decide: genre, tone, target audience, visual style, and storytelling approach. Pick a high-quality 3D cartoon look with cinematic composition, expressive faces, smooth movement, detailed environments, dynamic cameras, consistent lighting, and vibrant-but-balanced color. Do not ask the user to confirm unless the topic is genuinely ambiguous (then ask at most one short question).
### 2. Create the story
Develop an original, engaging story. It MUST contain: a strong opening hook (the first seconds must create curiosity), a clear protagonist, supporting cartoon characters when appropriate, a meaningful goal/problem, rising tension, interesting conflict/events, a strong CLIMAX, a satisfying resolution, and a memorable ending (moral only if it fits naturally — never force one). Make it creative and specific, not generic or predictable. Also choose an ending type: moral, emotional message, funny twist, surprising reveal, or memorable final line.
### 3. Design the characters
For every important character, define: Name, Age/type, Appearance, Clothing, Personality, Facial expressions, Role in the story. Generate a consistent character reference image for each using `generate_image` (model `t2i`, `orientation` per final video, `resolution` `720P`, `entity_type` "characters", `name` "char_{Name}"). Store these refs as the single source of truth for that character's look.
### 4. Write the script
Convert the story into a complete scene-by-scene script (default total ~60 seconds; respect a user-specified duration if given). For EACH scene define: scene number, duration, location, characters present, character actions, facial expressions, dialogue, narration, sound effects, music mood, camera movement, and visual details. Keep scenes tight; cut any scene that doesn't advance the story.
### 5. Build the storyboard
Turn the script into a scene-by-scene visual storyboard. For each scene specify: environment, character positioning, actions, camera angle, camera movement, lighting, time of day, important objects, and emotional atmosphere. Make every scene visually connected to the previous one. Save the full plan (story + characters + script + storyboard) as a reference document with `create_document` (`name` "cartoon_plan_{topic}") so it stays the source of truth for all later steps.
