# Office Meme Dance

A normal day, then suddenly a dance break. One photo becomes a deadpan meme clip: the person busts goofy viral-style moves in the office, the kitchen or the supermarket while everything around them stays painfully ordinary.

## When to use

- "Funny dance meme of me", "office dance video" or "silly dance clip for the group chat"
- A birthday or Friday-feeling post, a team chat reaction, a fun profile clip
- Another take with a different setting, length or orientation

Not for: Mocking real people, copying a specific copyrighted video, or anything suggestive.

## Inputs and gates

| Input | Required | Default | Gate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Photo | Yes | — | One adult who clearly reads as 18 or older, face clearly visible. Ask for another photo if the face is tiny, blurred, heavily covered or in profile, or if several people are the subject |
| Scene | No | `open office` | `open office`, `home kitchen`, `supermarket aisle`, or one the user describes |
| Duration | No | `6` s | 6 or 10 |
| Orientation | No | `9:16` portrait | Other ratios on request |

- Adults only. If the person may be under 18 or looks youthful or childlike, stop and decline politely. Real-person photos must be of adults the user has the right to use. Never make anyone look younger.
- Keep the clip fully clothed and non-suggestive; refuse sexual or explicit requests.
- Any gender: men and other presentations get the matching outfit for each scene.

## Scene table (tuned defaults)

The outfit in every scene is `<OUTFIT>`: their everyday outfit from the photo, adapted to the setting: a button-up shirt and trousers for the office, a casual tee and jeans for the kitchen or supermarket.

| Scene | `<SET>` (keyframe set and starting pose) | `<CAMERA>` | `<ACTION>` | `<SOUND>` |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| open office | a bright open-plan office with desks, monitors showing blurred screens, a potted plant; they stand beside their desk holding a coffee mug, deadpan face | medium-full shot; the camera holds a static shot like a phone propped on a desk | Early in the clip they set the mug down with a straight face and start a fast shoulder shimmy at 120 BPM, two shimmies per second. As the clip progresses into the middle seconds they break into goofy moves: swinging both arms side to side, a quick hip wiggle and a step-touch, never cracking a smile. Throughout the remainder of the clip they finish with both fists pumped up in a victory pose, then instantly pick up the mug and take a sip as if nothing happened | a cheesy upbeat dance track at 120 BPM, office keyboard clicks, a coworker's muffled laugh |
| home kitchen | a cozy home kitchen with a kettle and fruit bowl; they stand by the counter holding a wooden spoon | medium-full shot; the camera holds a static shot | Early in the clip they start bobbing the head and tapping the spoon on the counter to the beat. As the clip progresses into the middle seconds they spin once and do a fast arm-swing dance using the spoon as a microphone. Throughout the remainder of the clip they strike a dramatic finish pose with the spoon raised, then point at the camera | upbeat pop track, spoon tapping, kettle whistling |
| supermarket aisle | a supermarket aisle with colorful shelves of plain unbranded products; they stand behind a shopping cart | full shot; the camera holds a static shot down the aisle | Early in the clip they push the cart forward two steps and freeze. As the clip progresses into the middle seconds they burst into a quick dance: shoulder shimmies, a cart-handle hop and a little spin. Throughout the remainder of the clip they snap back to normal, grab a box from the shelf and walk on with a straight face | store background music turning into an upbeat dance beat, cart wheels rattling |

Comedy timing is quick: every move plays in real time on a 120 BPM beat, and the snap back to normal at the end is instant. The deadpan face is part of the joke.
