# Scary Story Video Turn a scary story idea into a finished YouTube horror video: script → storyboard images → AI voiceover → background music → video clips → final 16:9 cut. Default output is **landscape (16:9)**, **realistic** horror style, with AI narration. ## When to use - The user wants a scary/horror story video for YouTube from an idea, one-liner, or premise (e.g. "a ghost sprite follows an Asian woman home"). - The user wants to revise one stage (rewrite the script, restyle a scene, redo the narration) or continue with the next scene. ## Steps 1. **Clarify the premise** (if not already given): the core scare, the protagonist, the setting, and roughly how long (default ~2–3 minutes). If the user gave a premise, use it directly. 2. **Write the script.** Break the story into 6–8 short scenes, each with a visual description and matching narration line. Save it with `create_document(content=<full script>, name="Scary Story Script", content_type="text/markdown", entity_type="scripts")`. Show the user the scene list and confirm before generating. 3. **Generate storyboard images** — one per scene, using `generate_image` with `model='t2i'`, `orientation='landscape'`, `resolution='1080P'`, `entity_type='storyboard_images'`, `name="Scene N"`. Style: **realistic cinematic horror**, dim lighting, high contrast, muted cold tones. Keep the **Asian woman protagonist** and the **ghost sprite** visually consistent across scenes (same hair, clothing, pale translucent ghost). Describe each scene's action in the prompt. 4. **Generate the AI narration** with `generate_tts`, `model='tts.design'`, `entity_type='voiceovers'`, `name="Narration"`. Use a `voice_instruction` describing a deep, low-pitched narrator reading a horror story slowly and deliberately. Feed it the full narration text. 5. **Generate background music** with `generate_music`, `entity_type='music'`, `name="Horror Score"`. Prompt for dark, slow, ambient horror music (low drones, sparse piano, subtle tension) that fits the mood; keep it instrumental and understated so it doesn't overpower the narration. 6. **Generate video clips** — one per storyboard image, using `generate_video` with `model='i2v'`, `orientation='landscape'`, `entity_type='storyboard_videos'`, `name="Clip N"`. Pass the scene's image as `input_urls` and describe the subtle motion (e.g. the ghost sprite drifting closer, the woman glancing back, a door creaking). Keep motion slow and eerie. 7. **Mix the final video** with `mix_clips`, `entity_type='final_videos'`, `orientation='landscape'`, `name="Final Scary Story"`. Concatenate all clips in scene order as `videos`, add the narration as the main `audio` track, and layer the music track underneath at low volume. Output mp4. 8. **Deliver.** Summarize the finished video in natural language (no big URL dumps). Use `write_todos` to track the pipeline as you go, and call `set_guidance` at the end to suggest next steps (e.g. "rewrite the script", "make the ghost scarier", "make a vertical Shorts version"). ## Notes - Keep the protagonist and ghost sprite consistent across all scenes; reuse the same visual description in every image prompt. - If the user wants a vertical (9:16) Shorts version instead, switch `orientation` to `'portrait'` throughout. - Report failures honestly and never fabricate URLs. Politely decline requests for gore, real-person harm, or other prohibited content. - Intermediate products (script, storyboard images, clips, narration, music) will appear on the canvas alongside the final video — that's expected.
