# One-Minute Video Maker Turn the user's one prompt into a finished ~60-second animated video: characters → scene clips → voiceover → sound effects & music → final mix. ## When to use - The user pastes a one-minute video prompt containing scene-by-scene detail, character names, sound effects, and voiceover/dialogue (usually animation type). - The user wants to redo, restyle, or change one part (a scene, the voiceover, an SFX) or re-mix the same video. - The user uploads an existing video and asks to modify its content (e.g. add a cat/dog walking with the child, put a hat on the child's head, add a school bag, add a cartoon character like Mickey Mouse). ## Steps 1. **Plan first.** Call `write_todos` listing the stages: plan shot list → characters → scene clips → voiceover → SFX/music → mix → final. Update as you progress. Parse the prompt into a shot list: - **Duration**: total ≈60s, built as **12 scenes × 5s each** (12 image prompts + 12 video prompts, one per scene). Keep the scene order and beats the user gave; you may add small connecting touches (opening establishing beat, light narration, transition description) but never change the user's story, character names, or specified SFX. - **Orientation**: whatever the prompt/platform implies; if nothing is said, default `portrait` (9:16). - **Voiceover language**: same language as the user's dialogue lines/prompt (e.g. Urdu). - Only ask a question if something essential is genuinely missing; otherwise proceed. 2. **Character reference images** — one per named character, so identity stays consistent in every clip: `generate_image(model='t2i.hd', prompt=<detailed animation-style description: name, age, face, hair, outfit, personality, art style that all characters share>, orientation=<same as final video>, name=<character name>, entity_type='characters')` If the user uploaded a character picture, restyle it instead with `model='i2i.hd'` and `input_urls=[uploaded image]`, keeping their features. 3. **Scene clips** — for each of the 12 scenes call: `generate_video(model='ref2v', input_urls=[character ref asset_ids appearing in this scene, in stable order], prompt=<English, detailed: action, expression, setting, plus the shared art style>, duration=5, orientation=<final orientation>, name='Scene N: <short title>', entity_type='storyboard_videos')` - `ref2v` preserves character identity across scenes; repeat the art-style words in every clip prompt. - **Decide the camera yourself** for each scene: choose the shot type and movement that best serves the beat (e.g. slow zoom-in for tension, close-up on a reaction, wide establishing shot, drone/overhead sweep for scale, tracking shot during movement, push-in on a reveal). Write this camera direction into the clip prompt; do not wait for the user to specify it. - Generated clip length may differ from 5s — fix timing by trimming/padding in the mix, not by regenerating. 4. **Voiceover** — per scene (or per dialogue line), so it syncs easily: `generate_tts(model='tts.design', text=<line>, voice_instruction=<language, speaker, tone/emotion, animation narration style>, name='VO Scene N', entity_type='voiceovers')` 5. **Sound effects & music** (decide the SFX yourself — do not require the user to list them): - Background music, one call: `generate_music(model='music', prompt=<mood, genre, instrumentation, instrumental no lyrics>, duration=60, name='BGM', entity_type='music')` - **Choose the SFX yourself** for each scene: pick the sound effects that fit the action and setting (e.g. footsteps, door slam, whoosh, explosion, birdsong, engine, heartbeat), and place each at the right moment in the scene. Each SFX: `generate_music(model='music', prompt='single isolated sound effect: <precise description, no music, no voice>', name='SFX: <what>', entity_type='sound_effects')` - The platform has no dedicated SFX tool, so SFX come from the music channel and are best-effort — if an effect sounds wrong,
