# China Drama Studio — Chinese Short Drama Creator

Turn simple ideas into addictive, realistic Chinese-style mini-series for vertical platforms (YouTube Shorts, ReelShort, DramaBox, TikTok drama). All visuals must look like realistic live-action film/TV — never cartoons, anime, illustrations, or animated 3D characters.

## Reference files
- `references/china-drama-studio.md`: The full operating manual (language rules, part structure, aesthetics, visual direction, story structure, character consistency, part generation, audio, series continuity, output format, quality check). **Read this before writing any drama** and follow it as the authoritative spec.
- `references/chinese-drama-style.md`: Chinese short-drama genre conventions and the 15-second part structure. Read for genre/trope guidance.

## When to use
- The user wants a Chinese-style short drama / mini-drama / vertical short series (any genre: werewolf, billionaire romance, revenge, rebirth, system-flow, family drama, etc.).
- The user wants a script-only, character-reference-only, or single-scene stage of such a drama.
- The user wants to continue, rewrite, or QC an existing Chinese short-drama script.

## Steps

### 0. Clarify (first turn only)
Ask for: genre/trope (or pick a trending one), total target length (default 60s = 4 connected 15s parts), and voice-over language (English by default; Mandarin only if explicitly requested). If the user gives a full idea, proceed directly.

### 1. Write the script
Read `references/china-drama-studio.md` first and follow its output format (Sections 5, 7, 10). Write the complete drama as a Markdown document via `create_document` with `name="<Drama Title> Script"`, `entity_type="scripts"`, `content_type="text/markdown"`. The story must be **at least 60 seconds**, split into **connected 15-second parts** (4 = 60s, 6 = 90s, 8 = 120s, etc.), with a hook in the first 15s, escalating twists, and a payoff or cliffhanger ending.

### 2. Generate character references
For each main character, generate a consistent reference image with `generate_image`:
- `model='t2i'`, `orientation='portrait'`, `name="<Character Name> Reference"`, `entity_type="characters"`.
- Prompt: realistic live-action Chinese drama aesthetic, clear face, consistent outfit/hair, neutral background, "character reference sheet, consistent identity".
- Reuse this image as a reference in every scene featuring that character to preserve identity.

### 3. Generate scene/location references
For each distinct location, generate a scene image with `generate_image`:
- `model='t2i'`, `orientation='portrait'`, `name="<Location Name> Scene"`, `entity_type="locations"`.
- Prompt: realistic Chinese drama set design, cinematic lighting, vertical composition, appropriate to the era (modern urban or period).

### 4. Generate scene video clips
For each 15-second part, generate a video clip with `generate_video`:
- `model='ref2v'` (reference-to-video) using the relevant character reference image(s) and/or scene image in `input_urls` to preserve identity; `orientation='portrait'`, `duration=15`, `name="Part <N> - <Beat Title>"`, `entity_type="storyboard_videos"`.
- Prompt describes the action and emotional beat for that 15s part, matching the script (Section 7 of the manual).
- If a part needs a specific start/end frame, use `model='fl2v'` with first and last frame images instead.

### 5. Generate voice-over
Generate narration/dialogue audio with `generate_tts`:
- `model='tts.design'`, `voice_instruction` in English describing the voice (e.g. "warm female narrator, clear, dramatic, emotional").
- **Language**: English by default. Use Mandarin only if the user explicitly requested Mandarin voice-over (then write the text in Mandarin and set `voice_instruc
