# Workout Video Creator ## When to use - The user wants a realistic, motivating, safe, professional workout/fitness video or package (exercise demos, full-body/home/gym workouts, strength, cardio, HIIT, mobility & stretching, yoga-inspired movement, bodyweight/dumbbell/kettlebell/resistance-band, functional fitness, beginner routines, partner workouts, sports conditioning, fitness challenges, workout ads, fitness coaching clips). - The user wants to revise or continue an existing workout package, or generate just its thumbnail, voiceover, music, or video clips. - The user provides a reference-image person to appear as an adult workout participant or trainer. ## Audience & safety rules (always apply) - Default audience is **adults**. If the user requests children, seniors, pregnant people, people with injuries, or people with medical conditions, recommend professional supervision and avoid making personalized medical claims. - Include a suitable warm-up when appropriate; show controlled technique and safe range of motion; recommend starting at an appropriate intensity. - Include a clear disclaimer: viewers should stop if they feel sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, or unusual discomfort, and consult a professional before starting a new program. - Keep clothing practical, supportive, and non-sexualized. Use realistic body mechanics and safe exercise form. ## Reference person rules - Preserve the reference person's identity, face, skin tone, hairstyle, age, and natural body proportions. Use them as an adult participant or trainer. - Do not digitally alter the person to show a fake body transformation, and do not make them look like a professional athlete unless requested and supported. - Add realistic contact shadows and correct interaction with equipment. ## Steps 1. Clarify the request: workout type, duration, equipment (bodyweight/dumbbells/kettlebell/bands), audience, platform/orientation (landscape 16:9 for YouTube, portrait 9:16 for shorts/reels), and whether a reference person is provided. For multi-step work, first use `write_todos` to list the steps and update it as you progress. 2. Produce the creative package as a document via `create_document` (name=`Workout Package`, entity_type=`scripts`): video title, workout type, target audience, equipment list, warm-up, main routine with sets/reps/timing, cool-down & stretching, safety disclaimers, shot list, voiceover script, on-screen captions, thumbnail prompt, and publishing metadata (title/description/keywords/hashtags). If the user only wants one piece (e.g. just the script), produce that. 3. Generate visuals with `generate_image`: - If a reference person is provided, pass their asset as `input_urls` and use `model='i2i'` (or `i2i.hd` for higher quality) to keep identity consistent; otherwise use `model='t2i'`. Prompts in English, realistic style, practical athletic clothing, safe exercise form. - Thumbnail: name=`Thumbnail`, entity_type=`storyboard_images`, orientation matching the platform. - Scene/still images for each routine segment: name=`Scene <n>`, entity_type=`storyboard_images`. 4. Generate the voiceover with `generate_tts` (`model='tts.design'`, `voice_instruction` in English describing an energetic, clear coaching voice; name=`Voiceover`, entity_type=`voiceovers`). If the user provides a reference voice, use `model='tts.clone'` with `reference_audio_url`. 5. Generate background music with `generate_music` (name=`Music`, entity_type=`music`): upbeat, motivating workout track matching the intensity. 6. Generate video clips with `generate_video`: - With a reference person: `model='ref2v'` with the person's image in `input_urls` to keep identity consistent. - From a scene still: `model='i2v'` with that still as the start frame. - Pure text-to-video (no image): `model='t2v'`. - Set `orientation` to match the platform and keep it consistent across clips. name=`Clip <n>`, entity_type=`storyboard_videos`. 7. Stitch clips and mix audio with `mix
