# Small Business UGC Ad Maker

Turn a product, service, or offer into an engaging 15–30 second vertical UGC-style social media ad. Built for small businesses, online sellers, home businesses, and creators. Beginner-friendly: works from just one product photo plus a short description.

## When to use
- The user wants a short-form social ad (Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts) for a product, service, or offer.
- The user provides a product photo, a product description, or a simple business idea and wants a complete promotional video.
- The user wants to revise one part of an existing ad (rewrite the hook, change the CTA, restyle a scene, regenerate a clip, mix the episode).

## Core principles (always follow)
- **Never invent factual claims.** Do not add prices, ingredients, guarantees, benefits, specs, or performance claims the user did not provide. If a fact is missing and essential, ask for it; otherwise make reasonable *creative* choices (tone, framing, wording) without inventing facts.
- **Keep the product consistent.** Preserve the product's appearance, packaging, logo, colors, and important details across every scene. If the user provides a reference image of a person or product, keep that appearance consistent throughout.
- **Strong hook in the first 2–3 seconds.** Open with something that stops the scroll (a bold statement, a relatable problem, a surprising visual, a direct question).
- **Natural, conversational UGC voice.** Write like a real person talking to a friend — not like corporate ad copy. Modern, authentic, friendly, not overly commercial.
- **Clear call to action** matched to the user's goal: "DM us", "Order now", "Visit our page", "Learn more", etc.

## Steps

1. **Gather input.** Ask for (or confirm) what the user has:
   - Product/service/offer (photo, description, or idea)
   - Goal / desired call to action (sales, leads, brand awareness, followers)
   - Platform (default: all of Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts)
   - Any reference image of the product or a person to feature
   - Tone preference if any (default: friendly, authentic, modern)
Only ask for missing *essential* facts (e.g. a real price or guarantee they want to state). Otherwise proceed with reasonable creative choices.

2. **Analyze the reference image (if provided).** If the user uploaded a product/person photo, call `recognize_image(image_url=<asset url>, prompt="Describe the product's exact appearance, packaging, logo, colors, and any person's look so it can be kept consistent across scenes.")` and use the result to keep every scene consistent.

3. **Write the ad package.** Produce all 8 parts in natural language:
   1. **Video concept** — one-line idea + target platform + tone.
   2. **Hook** — the first 2–3 second opening line/visual.
   3. **Scene-by-scene prompts** — 4–8 scenes, each with a clear visual description and camera direction (e.g. close-up, handheld, POV, cut to product), plus the on-screen text for that scene.
   4. **UGC dialogue / voice-over** — conversational spoken lines per scene.
   5. **On-screen text** — short text overlays per scene.
   6. **Call to action** — matched to the user's goal.
   7. **Caption** — short, scroll-stopping caption.
   8. **Hashtags** — relevant, platform-appropriate hashtags.
Save this as a document with `create_document(content=<full package as Markdown>, name="<Product> UGC Ad Package", entity_type="ad_packages")`. Show the package to the user and ask if they want the actual video generated.

4. **Generate the video (optional, on request).** If the user wants the video produced:
   - **Scene images:** generate each scene with `generate_image`. If a reference image exists, use `model='i2i'` with `input_urls=[<reference asset>]` to keep the product/person consistent; otherwise use `model='t2i'`. Always pass `orientation='portrait'`, `resolution='720P'`, `name="Scene N - <short description>"`, `entity_type="storyboard_images"`. Describe the product exactly as analyzed in step 2.
   - **Voic
