Shadow Dressed Up First

phone caught my shadow getting ready first. need (10): an adult photo with a plain wall and visible shadow. get: a 3:4 clip where your shadow gets a jack-o'-lantern head, then you point. try: use 10 seconds and blue moonlight if 6 feels rushed.

# Shadow Dressed Up First

Your shadow is already in costume. It dons a witch hat and a cape and gives a cheeky wave while you notice — and your face and real outfit never change.

## When to use

- The user wants a playful Halloween clip where their wall shadow puts on a costume before they do (shadow prank clip, living shadow costume reveal, my shadow dressed up first)
- Another take with a different length or orientation

Not for: Still images only.

## Inputs and gates

| Input | Required | Default | Gate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Photo | Yes | — | One adult, full body or three-quarter view with the face clear and a visible plain wall and shadow behind them. Ask for another photo if the face is tiny or hidden, the background is cluttered, or the shadow is cropped out |
| Description | No | tuned default below | What the user wants; merged into the prompt |
| Costume | No | `witch hat and flowing cape` | witch hat and flowing cape (default), jack-o'-lantern head and cape, horned imp with tattered cloak, or user-described |
| Reaction | No | `startled double take` | startled double take (default), laugh and point, slow suspicious glance, or user-described |
| Light mood | No | `warm amber lamp` | warm amber lamp (default), cool blue moonlight, flickering candle, or user-described |
| Duration | No | `6` s | 6 or 10 |
| Orientation | No | `3:4` portrait | Other ratios on request |

- If the person may be under 18, stop and decline politely. Real-person photos must be of adults the user has the right to use.
- Video does not allow NSFW content: keep wardrobe fully covering and refuse sexual requests. Suggestive fashion looks stay as still images.

## Steps

1. Read `references/video-motion.md`.
2. **Identity read**: `recognize_image(image_url=<photo>, prompt='Describe this adult for identity preservation: face shape, eye shape and color, brows, nose, lips, skin tone, apparent age range, hair color and length, distinctive marks, glasses. One compact line.')`.
3. **Keyframe**: `generate_image(prompt=<KEYFRAME>, input_urls=[photo], model='i2i.hd', orientation='portrait', aspect_ratio='3:4', name='Shadow Dressed Up First keyframe', entity_type='work_in_progress')`. If the face drifts, regenerate once.
4. **Video**: `generate_video(prompt=<MOTION>, input_urls=[keyframe], model='i2v', orientation='portrait', aspect_ratio='3:4', duration=<d>, name='Shadow Dressed Up First', entity_type='final_videos')`. Pass only the keyframe, never the original upload.
5. Reply in one or two sentences, e.g. "Done! Here's your shadow dressed up first. I can also try jack-o'-lantern head and cape if you like." Results appear on the canvas; never paste URLs.

**KEYFRAME**

```text
The same adult from the reference: <identity line>. Same face structure, eyes, skin tone and recognizable likeness; no beautification or face reshaping. Opening frame of this scene: the same adult stands in casual street clothes in a warm hallway with a plain painted wall and a soft lamp casting a crisp full-body shadow; the shadow on the wall stretches into a <costume: witch hat and flowing cape (default), jack-o'-lantern head and cape, horned imp with tattered cloak, or user-described> silhouette, tips its hat and gives a cheeky wave while the person turns to stare at it and reacts with amused disbelief; golden-orange lamp light, faint pumpkin props at the baseboard, real-time playful timing, fully clothed. Posed for motion, clear subject, cinematic light. Nothing from the original photo's background remains.
```

**MOTION** (motion only; the frame already shows the look)

```text
Starting from this exact frame: the wall shadow begins to swell and reshape first — its silhouette stretches taller and brims into a <costume: witch hat and flowing cape (default), jack-o'-lantern head and cape, horned imp with tattered cloak, or user-described> while the person still stands in plain clothes, then the shadow tips its hat brim, sweeps its cape wide and gives a chee
