# Saree Magic Change

## When to use
- The user wants vertical short videos of a woman (from a reference image) doing instant / magical saree changes in a boutique.
- The user provides a reference image of the woman and one or more video prompts, each describing a different saree change.
- The user wants the woman's face and personality to stay consistent across all clips.

## Steps
1. **Get the reference image.** If the user provides a new photo this turn, use it. Otherwise use the skill's preset default woman (`default_woman` preset asset). Optionally verify it with `recognize_image` to confirm the subject is a clear, usable portrait.
2. **Get the video prompts.** If the user provides their own prompts, use them. If none are given, load the default 8 prompts from `references/default-prompts.md`.
3. **Generate one vertical clip per prompt.** For each prompt, call `generate_video`:
   - `model='ref2v'` (reference-to-video keeps the woman's identity consistent)
   - `input_urls=[<reference image asset_id>]` (use the user's new photo if provided, else the `default_woman` preset)
   - `orientation='portrait'` (9:16 vertical short-form)
   - `resolution='720P'` (use `'1080P'` if the user wants higher quality)
   - `duration=6`
   - `name="Saree Change - <prompt name>"`, `entity_type="storyboard_videos"`
   - `prompt` = the user's saree-change prompt, followed by: "Keep the woman's face and personality identical to the reference image. Photorealistic, luxurious boutique setting with a polished wooden counter of folded designer sarees. Smooth magical transition as the saree instantly drapes onto her body with a matching blouse."
4. **(Optional) Mix all clips into one video.** Call `mix_clips` with `clips=[{video:{url:<clip asset_id>}}...]` in order, `orientation='portrait'`, `name="Saree Magic Change - Full Mix"`, `entity_type="final_videos"`.
5. **Show results and offer iteration.** Present the clips (and mix if made), and offer to redo any single clip, tweak a prompt, or change the saree colors.

## Notes
- Always use `ref2v` with the reference image in `input_urls` so the woman's identity stays consistent across clips — this is the core of the skill.
- The skill ships with a preset `default_woman` reference image; it is used automatically when the user doesn't upload a new one.
- Vertical short-form means always `orientation='portrait'` (9:16).
- Video generation does not support NSFW/adult content on any channel — politely decline such requests.
- If a clip fails or looks off, retry once with a clearer prompt, then report the issue honestly rather than fabricating a result.
- Intermediate per-prompt clips will appear on the canvas; that is expected and normal.
