# Photo Horror Video

Turn a single uploaded photo into a short, cinematic, photorealistic horror video for vertical social media. The user does NOT need to write a prompt or describe a scene — you invent the horror scenario yourself from the photo.

## When to use
- User uploads one photo and wants a horror video made from it (no prompt needed).
- User wants to redo/regenerate the horror video from the same photo.

## Reference files
- `references/horror-direction.md`: The full creative direction (escalation structure, hidden detail, what to avoid, cinematic quality). Read this before crafting the video prompt.

## Steps
1. First call `write_todos` to list the steps, and update it as you progress.
2. Read `references/horror-direction.md`.
3. Analyze the uploaded photo with `recognize_image(image_url=<photo>, prompt="Describe the subject's facial identity, distinctive features, hairstyle, clothing, setting, lighting, mood and environment in detail.")` so you can invent a scenario that fits the person and place.
4. Invent a horror scenario yourself (never ask the user for a prompt). Follow the escalation structure and hidden-detail rule in the reference file.
5. Generate the video:
   - tool: `generate_video`
   - `model='ref2v'` (reference-to-video — preserves the subject's identity from the photo)
   - `input_urls=[<uploaded photo asset_id>]`
   - `orientation='portrait'` (9:16, vertical social media)
   - `duration=10`
   - `resolution='1080P'`
   - `prompt=<your invented horror scenario, written per the reference file>`
   - `name='<short title>'`, `entity_type='final_videos'`
6. Optional ambient score: `generate_music` with a subtle, unsettling ambient horror prompt (no lyrics). `name='<title> ambient score'`, `entity_type='music'`. Skip if the user didn't want audio.
7. Reply in natural language: describe the invented scenario and tease the hidden detail (without fully spoiling it), and note the video is ready. Call `set_guidance` to offer next actions (e.g. redo with a different scenario, make it scarier/subtler, add ambient sound).

## Notes
- The uploaded photo is the identity reference — preserve the person's recognisable face, facial structure, proportions, skin texture, hairstyle and distinctive features throughout. Never replace them with a generic horror character.
- Never ask the user to write a prompt or describe a scene; invent it.
- Do not add narration or text overlays unless the concept genuinely requires it.
- Video generation does not support NSFW/adult content on any channel — decline such requests politely.
- Report failures honestly; never fabricate URLs.
