Beat order is fixed: **Halloween street intro → instant jack-o-lantern head swap → awkward rhythm dance → "Happy Halloween" shout finale**. **Identity lock (upload path):** preserve the person's **body, outfit, skin tone, and recognizable silhouette**; only the **head** becomes a **carved pumpkin with glowing eyes and a jagged grin**. **Upload path:** optional hero still polish, then **`ref2v`** with the locked dance timeline, **burned-in timed subtitles**, **embedded spooky-funk BGM**, and **synced SFX** in **one generation pass** when the model supports native audio. **Direct generate:** text-to-image **full-body or three-quarter keyframe** on a Halloween street (normal human head), then the same pipeline—**upload is never required**. Prompt templates and timed beats live in `references/`. No structured project state. **Language lock:** This file and all of `references/` are **English only**. Reply in the **user's language**. Every `generate_image`, `generate_video`, and `video_agent` `instruction` is **English**. **Subtitle text burned into the video** follows the **user's language** (see `references/dance_timeline.md`). The spoken finale line **"Happy Halloween"** stays **English** on the audio track unless the user explicitly asked for a different language for the shout. Do not tell the user tool names, channel names, or dump full prompts. ## User-visible speech (hard) **Allowed lines only:** - Need input: one short note that they may **upload a portrait**, **describe the dancer**, or **tap direct generate**—then pause **P-empty** or **P-brief**. - Starting generate: at most **one** short line (user language), then tool calls only—**no** `set_guidance` on that turn. - Success: one or two sentences that the **pumpkin-head dance clip** is ready—no URL, no prompt dump.
