# Anime Character Storyline Turn one uploaded character image into a single anime-style key visual that (a) preserves the character's original identity and inferred personality and (b) places that character inside a brand-new, self-contained story moment told through neon holographic HUD props and a short glitch caption. ## When to use - The user uploads a character image and asks for an anime-style picture, a "storyline", a new scene, a poster, or a re-imagined version of that character. - The user asks to keep the character "the same" but tell a different story with them. - The user asks for a multi-panel / 3-panel storyline sheet of the uploaded character. If the user gives no image at all, ask them to upload one reference image and stop — do not invent a character from text alone. ## Steps 1. **Lock the inputs.** The user must supply at least one reference image. Identify the main subject: if several characters are visible, use the most prominent one and say so in your reply. Treat any user-supplied story idea, mood, or location as binding constraints. 2. **Read the analysis + QA checklist** with `read_skill_file(path='references/step-details.md')`. Use it for the `recognize_image` prompt wording, the identity-anchor fields, the branch rules, and the post-generation QA loop. Follow it before calling any tool. 3. **Analyze the reference image.** Call `recognize_image(image_url=<uploaded image>, prompt=<the character-sheet prompt from references/step-details.md>)` and keep the returned description as the character bible for this turn. Never skip this step and never guess the character's hair, eyes, outfit, or palette. 4. **Design the new storyline beat.** Call `read_skill_file(path='references/story-beats.md')` and follow it to derive personality traits from the analysis, then pick one fresh three-beat micro-story and one short caption line. The story must be new; the personality must match the original. 5. **Build the prompt.** Call `read_skill_file(path='references/style-and-prompt.md')` and fill its English prompt template with the identity anchors, the story beat, the HUD props, the layout choice, and the caption. Respect every item in the Must keep / Must avoid lists of that file. 6. **Generate the image.** Call: `generate_image(prompt=<filled English prompt>, input_urls=[<uploaded reference image>], model='i2i.hd.lite', orientation='portrait', resolution='1080P', name='<short character or scene title>', entity_type='storyboard_images')` - Channel is fixed: `i2i.hd.lite` (image-to-image with the uploaded reference). Never pass a physical model name. - Keep `orientation='portrait'` and `resolution='1080P'` unless the user asks for a landscape/square frame or a lower/higher quality tier. - Only put the reference image in `input_urls`; do not invent extra URLs. 7. **Quality check.** Apply the QA checklist from `references/step-details.md`. If identity drifted (hair, eye color, outfit silhouette, palette) or the caption is garbled, regenerate once with a strengthened Must keep block and a shorter caption — do not loop more than twice. 8. **Reply.** In one or two sentences, name the character as analyzed, describe the new story moment and its mood, and note that the character design follows the uploaded reference. Do not paste long URLs. If the tool returned `success=false`, say so honestly and do not fake a result. ## Notes - Identity first: a beautiful picture that changes the character's hair, eyes, or outfit is a failure, not a success. - Do not add facts the user never gave (names, backstory, relationships). Captions stay generic unless the user supplies a name. - Keep the anime cel-shaded look; refuse photorealism, 3D render looks, and western cartoon styles. - Adult or violent content: politely decline and do not call the generation tool. - If the user asks for a 3-panel storyline sheet, follow the panel layout section in `references/style-and-prompt.md` and say so in your reply; everythin
