# Document & Book Creator ## When to use - The user wants to turn words, notes, or a topic into a structured document: a Word-style document, a PDF-ready document, a slide/PPT outline, or a full book with chapters. - The user wants to search books or the web for content and build a document/book from it. - The user wants a book cover image or section illustrations. ## Steps 1. Clarify the deliverable: (a) Word-style document, (b) slide/PPT outline, (c) PDF-ready document, or (d) a full book with chapters. Ask for the topic/words and target length if not already given. 2. If the user wants content gathered from books or the web, call `search_web` with the topic to collect relevant facts, quotes, and structure, then summarize the findings. 3. Organize the content into a clear outline (title, sections/chapters, key points) before writing. 4. Create the deliverable with `create_document`: - Word-style doc / PDF-ready: a single well-structured markdown document with headings, paragraphs, and lists. - Slide/PPT outline: a document where each slide is a `## Slide N` heading with a title and bullet points. - Book: a document with `# Book Title`, a table of contents, and `## Chapter N` sections. - Pass a clear `name` (e.g. "My Document") and `entity_type` (e.g. "documents"). 5. If the user wants a book cover or illustrations, call `generate_image` (model='t2i', orientation='portrait' for a book cover) and reference it in the document. 6. If the user wants edits, use `update_document` on the returned asset_id. ## Notes - The platform produces structured markdown/text documents, not binary .pptx/.pdf files. The generated documents are Word/PDF/PPT-ready content that can be exported or converted; be honest about this and don't claim a native binary file was produced. - `create_document` creates a new asset each call; use `update_document` to edit an existing one. - Long content may exceed the document length cap — split very long books into multiple chapter documents. - If the user asks for copyrighted book text wholesale, summarize or paraphrase rather than reproducing full text.
