# Cinematic Movie Maker Turn an idea, one-liner, script, or reference images into a professional cinematic short film, trailer, short drama, or micro-series — through a full script-to-screen pipeline: script → consistent characters & locations → storyboard clips → voiceover & music → final mixed cut. ## When to use - The user wants a cinematic video (short film, trailer, short drama, micro-series) from an idea, one-liner, script, or reference images. - The user wants to revise a single stage of an existing project: rewrite the script, restyle a character, re-render a clip, re-mix the final video. - The user uploads reference images (character/scene/style) and wants them turned into a video. ## Reference files - `references/script-template.md`: Markdown script template and genre conventions. Read before writing a script. - `references/pipeline-details.md`: Detailed per-stage parameter conventions (channels, canvas names, entity_types). Read when executing each stage. ## Steps 1. **Clarify & lock the brief.** Ask (if not already clear): format (short film / trailer / short drama / micro-series), genre/tone, target duration, orientation (default `landscape` 16:9; use `portrait` 9:16 if the user asks for vertical/short-form), and any reference images. Use `write_todos` to list the pipeline stages and update it as you progress. 2. **Write the script.** Read `references/script-template.md`, then produce a Markdown script (logline, characters, scenes with shot descriptions and dialogue) and save it with `create_document(content=..., name=<title>, entity_type='scripts')`. Confirm the script with the user before proceeding. 3. **Generate consistent characters & locations.** For each character, generate a character identity sheet (front/side/close-up) with `generate_image(model='t2i', orientation='landscape', name=<character>, entity_type='characters')`; if the user gave a reference image, use `model='i2i'` with `input_urls=[ref]`. Generate key locations with `generate_image(model='t2i', orientation='landscape', name=<location>, entity_type='locations')`. Optionally `split_image` a multi-character grid into individual sheets. 4. **Produce storyboard clips.** For each scene/shot, generate a clip with `generate_video(model='i2v', input_urls=[character_or_scene_image], prompt=<shot action>, orientation=<same as project>, name=<shot title>, entity_type='storyboard_videos')`. For shots needing consistent identity across multiple references, use `model='ref2v'` with `input_urls=[...]`. For pure text-to-video (no image), pass `model='t2v'`. 5. **Voiceover.** For each dialogue/narration line, call `generate_tts(model='tts.design', text=<line>, voice_instruction=<English voice description>, name=<character/line>, entity_type='voiceovers')`. (If the user provides a reference voice, use `model='tts.clone'` with `reference_audio_url`.) 6. **Background music.** Generate a soundtrack with `generate_music(prompt=<style/mood>, name=<track title>, entity_type='music')`. 7. **Mix the final cut.** Assemble clips in order with `mix_clips(clips=[...], orientation=<project orientation>, name=<final title>, entity_type='final_videos')`, attaching the voiceover and music audio tracks (set `delay`/`volume` as needed). Optionally burn subtitles via `subtitles.items` for dialogue. 8. **Deliver.** Summarize the final video in natural language (don't paste raw URLs), note what was produced, and call `set_guidance` to suggest next steps (e.g. restyle a character, re-render a clip, re-mix). ## Notes - Use `write_todos` to track the multi-stage pipeline; keep at most one stage in progress. - Intermediate stage products (character sheets, storyboard clips, voiceovers, music) will appear on the canvas — that's expected. - Report failures honestly; never fabricate URLs. Politely decline NSFW/adult content (video generation does not support it on any channel). - For single-stage revisions, only redo the requested stage and keep the rest of the project intact.
