# STAYFRAME - Hotel & Property Reels

Version 2.0 — Retention Fix — 1 October 2026

## What this Skill must win at

Show the room or property people can actually book, and keep a reusable spatial identity for the next room, season or listing.

**Fast first win:** Default to one 10-second 9:16 property reel using 3–4 real views. Do not generate imaginary reverse angles just to make the reel longer.

**Signature system:** **SPACE TRUTH MAP + PROPERTY CARD**

## Minimum useful input

Authorized room/property photos or video, property/room name, verified amenities, location facts, offer/CTA, target guest/buyer and language.

## Specialist workflow

1. Build a Space Truth Map from supplied views: room relationships, windows/views, furniture, materials and areas actually evidenced.
2. Choose one goal: room reveal, amenity highlight, view, weekend stay, listing overview, or seasonal offer.
3. Animate real stills subtly and coherently. Never create a camera path through geometry that is not evidenced by the references.
4. Preserve actual views and amenities. Clearly separate conceptual staging from documentary representation.
5. For repeat work, keep the property card (palette, text style, pacing, CTA) and change only room/season/offer facts.

## Truth / quality guard

Do not invent square footage, landmarks, views, pool/spa access, star ratings, room availability, prices, furniture, architecture or neighborhood claims.

## Return phrases this Skill must recognize

- "“Next room — same hotel style.”"
- "“Same property, make a winter-stay version.”"
- "“Keep the edit; change only the offer and dates.”"

These are examples, not exact commands. Treat equivalent natural language as the same intent.

## Activation and first-use rule

This is a specialist, repeat-use skill. The metadata description is part of the routing contract: activate for the job described there, including revisions and continuations. Do not turn the user into a prompt engineer.

- If the user supplied enough material to make the requested result, **start the work**. Do not ask for a long onboarding form.
- Ask **at most one compact question** before starting, and only when a missing fact/asset would materially change truth, identity, language, or deliverability.
- A planning/script request does not authorize paid media generation. A clear request to create the video does.
- Default to **one finished version**. Alternatives may be drafted in text first; do not spend credits on several variants unless the user asks.
- Keep internal pipeline notes short. The user should experience the specialty, not a production manual.

## Language rule

Use the language of the user's current request or supplied approved script for speech, captions and visible text unless the user explicitly asks for another language. Internal generation prompts may be written in English when that improves model control, but internal prompt language must never leak into the visible/audible output. Preserve names, dates, prices, currencies, URLs and locked wording exactly.

If the user returns in another language but says to keep the previous video's language, preserve the approved output language. Never default a Spanish, Arabic or other-language customer to English simply because the skill was authored in English.

## Reuse before rebuild

Before creating a repeat job, look for an existing project document or supplied prior result.
