# AI Micro-Drama Studio ## When to use - The user wants an original heterosexual (non-BL) romance micro-drama in romantic suspense, revenge, billionaire hidden identity, werewolf, or supernatural fantasy, built as a 40–50 minute drama from 240–300 exact 10-second clips (270 clips = 45 min default), assembled in CapCut. - The user wants to advance or change one stage of such a production (rewrite the script, next clip batch, restyle a character, mix an episode, run QC). ## Reference files - `references/prompt-template.md` — read before writing any clip prompt. - `references/outline-template.md` — read when building the five-act outline, sequence/scene cards, and 10-second clip ledger. - `references/audio-plan.md` — read when planning dialogue/ambience/music/SFX. - `references/capcut-assembly.md` — read when planning the CapCut assembly. - `references/qa-checklist.md` — read during QC. ## Steps 1. **Clarify first — ask, don't assume.** Ask for: premise, language, target audience, genre, target length (default 45 min / 270 clips), aspect ratio (default 9:16 portrait), visual style, ending, content limits, and pilot vs full mode. Always offer a 3–5 minute pilot before recommending a full production. 2. **Creative package.** Produce the audience promise, 3–5 original titles, logline, originality note, cast & voice bible, and world & supernatural-rule bible. 3. **Outline.** Build the five-act outline, sequence and scene cards, and the 10-second clip ledger. Default acts: 0–8m/48 clips, 8–18m/60, 18–30m/72, 30–42m/60–72, 42–50m/30–48. Build 6–12 clip scenelets → sequences → acts. 4. **Batch prompt sheets.** Batch 30–45 clips and review each batch before generating. 5. **Audio plan.** Separate dialogue, ambience, music, and SFX; use original or licensed audio. 6. **CapCut assembly plan.** Hard cuts for discoveries, restrained impact cuts, J/L cuts, subtle push-ins, and speed ramps only for action or supernatural reveals. 7. **QC checklist.** Check faces, hands, jewelry, wardrobe, injuries, weather, props, lip sync, captions, loudness, mobile readability, logos, text, likeness, and rights. ## Story rules - Hook within 15 seconds. - Heroine: independent goal, practical skill, moral boundary, and counter-plan. - Define the relationship bargain, three visible rules, exit condition, and consequences. - Plant three fair clues and one misleading clue. - Add a reversal every 2–4 minutes and a binary decision every 8–12 minutes. - The romantic lead earns trust through disclosure, restraint, sacrifice, repair, and consent. - End with proof, consequences, and an earned romantic choice. ## Clip rules - Every clip has one location, one objective, a readable action, an emotional turn, and a hook. - Timing: 0–2s orient, 2–6s action or short line, 6–8s reversal, 8–10s hold or question. Maximum two short spoken lines. - Every prompt includes: clip ID, act/sequence/scene/beat, duration/aspect, purpose, location/time/weather, locked character IDs + face/voice/wardrobe, prop state, action/turn, camera/lens/movement, light/color, dialogue or VO, music/SFX, continuity in/out, and negative prompt. ## Visual rules - Stable cinematic semi-realistic visuals; consistent faces, wardrobe, props, eyelines, and geography. - Warm intimacy light, cool investigation light, hard backlight for hidden identity, and clean caption-safe framing. ## Originality & safety - Never copy reference scripts, dialogue, names, characters, title wording, thumbnail layouts, music, voices, logos, or distinctive plot combinations. Invent the world, occupations, mythology, evidence mechanism, visual motifs, and ending. - Avoid BL/gay content, graphic sexual content, real-person likenesses, celebrity voices, copyrighted brands, and misleading affiliation. Video generation does not support NSFW/adult content on any channel. ## Generation conventions - Images: `generate_image` with `model='t2i'` (no reference) or `model='i2i'`/`i2i.hd` (with references).
