# 卒業アルバム風ムービー / Japanese Graduation Album

Turn one spring into a graduation album that moves: cherry blossoms at the school gate, an
empty classroom, messages on the blackboard, a walk across the yard, and album pages that
hold on screen. **The tone is warm nostalgia, not sadness.** Every word on screen is Japanese.

## When to use

- The user asks for a 卒業アルバム, 卒業式, 思い出動画, 部活の引退記念, or a school memory video.
- The user wants a graduation gift for a teacher, a class, or a club.
- The user wants an album-page layout recreated as video (photo frames, handwritten captions).
- The user wants a vertical nostalgia short for TikTok / Shorts / Reels.
- The user uploads real photos and wants them placed into an album-style sequence.

Do **not** use this skill for: horror or ghost content (use the J-horror skills), real named
schools presented as fact, or reproducing a specific film's scenes — see Notes.

## Steps

### 0. Clarify — one year, one class

Call `write_todos` with the plan: clarify → (optional) reference analysis → choose the arc →
storyboard → stills → shots → album pages → edit.

Ask only what you still need:

1. **Which school stage?** 小学校 / 中学校 / 高校 / 大学 — it changes the uniform and building.
2. **Which year of school life?** 卒業式だけ / 三年間の通し / 部活の引退
3. **Who is it for?** a class, one person, a teacher, a club
4. **Frame** — landscape 16:9 for a presentation, portrait 9:16 for Shorts.

Read the arc back in one Japanese line and get a yes.

### 1. Reference analysis (only if the user supplies material)

If the user supplies **photos** to place in the album, use `recognize_image` to understand
each one before deciding its position. For a YouTube / TikTok / Instagram link, resolve it
first with `download_video(url=...)`.

**Rule: faces are rare.** Shoot places, objects, hands and backs. A graduation album is
mostly empty rooms and small things.

### 3. 日本語での作法

**All on-screen text is Japanese: blackboard writing, album captions, the end card.**

**日本の学校の符号（必ずどれかを入れる）**
- 桜、校門、下駄箱、上履き、教室の机と椅子、黒板、教壇、日直
- 制服（学ラン、セーラー服、ブレザー）、体操服、部活のユニフォーム
- 卒業証書筒、校歌の歌詞、寄せ書き、花束
- 教室の後ろの掲示物、時間割、掃除当番表

**黒板の寄せ書き**
- 名前と短い一言がびっしり書かれている状態
- 中央に大きく `卒業おめでとう`
- チョークの白、ところどころ色チョーク

**アルバムのページ**
- 白い縁のある写真枠、少し傾けた配置
- 手書き風のキャプション：`3年2組　最後の日`
- 日付：`2026.3.1`
- クラシックなアルバムの見開き構成

**音**
- ピアノか卒業式の合唱（`仰げば尊し` 調ではなくオリジナル）
- 教室のざわめき、桜の風、体育館の反響、遠いチャイム
- ナレーションを入れる場合は `tts.design` で日本語。**生成前にひらがな／カタカナ＋ローマ字を提示して
  文字と読みの両方をユーザーに確認してもらう**
