Garment Transfer Dress Up — Open Skill

Garment Transfer Dress Up

**from the floor:** I like that one garment photo can sit on my adult portrait with the fit adjusted to my body. The pose and background stay put, while drape, seams and light follow the photo. The cel shading, ink outline and color fill keep it in anime still territory, like a clean line-art frame. tips from me: - use a clear adult photo showing most of your torso and upper legs - keep the garment flat, unobstructed and evenly lit - try the default true-to-size tailored fit, or ask for relaxed or body-skimming - use the default 3:4 ratio unless you want another crop Post what you make, field notes, not ads.

# Garment Transfer Dress Up

One photo of you, one of the piece you covet. The garment moves onto your body with a natural fit — drape, seams and light all matched to your own photo.

## When to use

- The user wants to put a garment from a second photo onto the person in their own photo (outfit change from reference, wear this piece, garment transfer, dress me in that)
- A variation on a previous result: only its outer layer

Not for: Video output (use a video skill).

## Inputs and gates

| Input | Required | Default | Gate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Photo | Yes | — | Subject photo: one adult, most of the torso and at least the upper legs visible, face clear. Garment photo: the piece clearly visible, flat or worn, unobstructed and evenly lit. Ask for another photo if either is tiny, blurred or heavily shadowed |
| Garment photo | No | — | the piece to transfer; only its cut, colour, fabric and print are used, never the wearer's face, hair, body or background |
| Accessory photo | No | — | a bag, belt or shoes to add on top |
| Description | No | tuned default below | What the user wants; merged into the prompt |
| Garment | No | `the exact piece shown in the reference` | the exact piece shown in the reference (default), only its outer layer, the full head-to-toe look, or user-described |
| Fit | No | `True-to-size tailored` | True-to-size tailored (default), relaxed oversized, body-skimming, or user-described |
| Ratio | No | `3:4 default` | 3:4 default; 2:3, 9:16 on request |

- If the person may be under 18, stop and decline politely. Real-person photos must be of adults the user has the right to use.
- Fashion, dark and horror themes are fine as stills; refuse explicit sexual content and anything sexualizing minors.

## Steps

1. Read `references/image-edit.md` for prompt structure.
2. **Identity read**: `recognize_image(image_url=<photo>, prompt='Describe this adult for identity preservation: face shape, eye shape and color, brows, nose, lips, skin tone, apparent age range, hair color and length, distinctive marks, glasses. One compact line.')`.
3. **Generate**: `generate_image(prompt=<PROMPT>, input_urls=[photo], model='i2i.hd', orientation='portrait', aspect_ratio='3:4', name='Garment Transfer Dress Up', entity_type='skill_generation')`. Merge the user's details and options into the template.
4. **Self-check, one retry**: look at the result. If a person photo was used and the face no longer reads as the same person, regenerate with the identity clause first. If someone glancing at it would not instantly see the intended change (it reads as a light filter, the old clothes or background remain, or the style is faint), regenerate once with the change described bigger and more concretely.
5. Reply in one or two sentences, e.g. "Your garment transfer dress up is ready. Want another take with only its outer layer?" Results appear on the canvas; never paste URLs.

## Prompt templates

The same adult from the reference: <identity line>. Same face structure, eyes, skin tone and recognizable likeness; no beautification or face reshaping. Intentional changes: the same adult from the subject photo, face, hair, pose and background unchanged, now wearing only the garment taken from the garment reference photo: <garment: the exact piece shown in the reference (default), only its outer layer, the full head-to-toe look, or user-described>; take only its cut, colour, fabric, seams, buttons, print and hem, resize sleeve and waist length to this body, drape and folds sitting naturally, the original clothes and the second person's face, hair, body and setting fully gone, light direction, colour temperature and shadows matched to the subject scene, <fit: True-to-size tailored (default), relaxed oversized, body-skimming, or user-described>, realistic photographic fabric texture, fully clothed, tasteful adult fashion-edit photography. <user details and options>. The new outfit fully replaces the original clothes with a clearly
