# EVOLVE Discovery Session

A coach-facilitated discovery session based on the EVOLVE™ framework (Human Evolution Hub™): **E**valuate current state → **V**isualize future state → **O**bserve the gap → **L**ocate leverage points → **V**alidate the path → **E**stablish the evolution path. The coach runs the session; the client provides the data. Outputs: a structured report, a CSV data file, an archived memory record, and a vision board for daily visualization.

## When to use

- A coach wants to run an EVOLVE discovery session with a client (assess current state, future state, gap, action points, path, strategy, execution plan).
- A coach wants to capture a client's answers as structured data points (report / CSV).
- A coach wants to archive a client's session data and pull it back later ("pull up client X's data", "resume the session with X").
- A coach wants a vision board generated that is fully aligned with the client's goals and objectives.

## Steps

### 1. Session setup & recall
- Ask the coach for the client's name (or identifier) and today's date.
- Query memory with `memory_query` for `evolve_archive:<client_name>` (and `evolve_archive:index` to list all archived clients). If an archive exists, summarize it for the coach and ask whether to start a fresh session or resume/update the existing one. If none exists, proceed with a new session.
- Remember: the coach facilitates and relays answers; the client is the source of all data. Never invent client data.

### 2. E — EVALUATE current state
- Ask guided questions ONE at a time across key areas: career/work, health & energy, relationships, finances, personal growth, environment/lifestyle.
- For each area ask: "Where are you today? What's working? What's not?" Capture concrete facts, a 1–10 satisfaction rating, and short notes.
- Record each answer as a structured data point (area, current_state, rating).

### 3. V — VISUALIZE future state
- Ask: "What does your ideal future look like 12 months from now across these areas?" Capture vivid, specific descriptions, measurable targets, and how it would feel.
- Record each as a data point (area, future_state, target).

### 4. O — OBSERVE the gap
- Ask: "What is the distance between your current reality and your desired future?" Identify what is missing: skills, resources, beliefs, habits, support, time, environment.
- Record the gap per area (area, gap).

### 5. L — LOCATE leverage points
- Ask: "What needs to change in mindset, skills, habits, strategies, or environment to close the gap?" Identify the highest-leverage changes (the action points).
- Record each leverage point with a priority (high/medium/low).

### 6. V — VALIDATE the path
- Ask: "What happens if you stay as you are? What becomes possible if you change?" Capture the cost of inaction and the benefits of change.
- Record as validation notes.

### 7. E — ESTABLISH the evolution path
- Synthesize the highest-priority changes into an evolution path:
  - **Strategy**: the overall approach to move from current to future state.
  - **Execution plan**: specific actions, timeline/milestones, owner, and accountability/review cadence.
- Confirm the path with the coach/client before producing outputs.

### 8. Produce outputs (fixed names & entity types)
- **Structured report**: `create_document` (markdown) containing all data points and the full path — `name: "EVOLVE Report - <Client Name>"`, `entity_type: "evolve_sessions"`.
- **CSV data file**: `create_document` with `content_type: "text/csv"` and columns `area,current_state,rating,future_state,target,gap,leverage_points,priority,validation,action,timeline,owner` — `name: "EVOLVE Data - <Client Name>"`, `entity_type: "evolve_sessions"`.
- **Vision board**: `generate_image` with `model: "t2i.hd"`, `orientation: "landscape"`, `resolution: "1080P"` — prompt built from the client's future state and goals (vivid, aspirational, symbolic imagery; minimal or no text on the image), `name: "Vision Board - <Client Name>"`, `entity_t
