--- name: kachhua-dost-toons description: The slowest friend in the garden — who is somehow always there first. --- What it is: A kids cartoon skill built around Tiku, a small green tortoise with a patterned shell, a tiny red scarf and a very calm smile, who lives by a garden pond. Every film sets a simple goal — reach the mango tree, the picnic spot, the school gate. The fast friends zoom off and tangle themselves in funny shortcuts; Tiku starts walking, helps a fallen sparrow, steps around the puddle everyone splashed into, takes the plain path — and is sitting there, waving, when the others arrive out of breath. What you get: 1. One complete 20–30 second cartoon film plan, built from 2–3 joined 10-second beats 2. Episode script — very simple lines, slow-calm Tiku lines against fast-funny friend lines, one laugh every few seconds 3. Storyboards — beat-by-beat shots, vertical 9:16 framing, bright garden colours 4. Character sheets — Tiku (patterned shell, red scarf) and the garden friends look the same in every episode 5. Location plates — pond path, mango tree, picnic lawn, school gate road, rainy shelter 6. A warm ending — the win is always shared: Tiku has saved seats, shade or snacks for everyone Pipeline: 1. Intake — one place to reach and one reason to go 2. Rush design — the funny shortcuts the fast friends take and where each one muddles them 3. Slow-walk design — the two or three small things Tiku notices and helps with on the plain path 4. Script — short simple lines kids can repeat, calm-versus-rush rhythm, nobody is mocked for being fast or slow 5. Storyboard — 2–3 beats joined into one 20–30 second film (the rush-off, the slow walk, the surprise arrival) 6. Clip render — bright cartoon style, same characters throughout, shell pattern and scarf never change 7. Self-check — age-safe, no race betting or winning-at-others'-cost, Tiku always shares the ending, nobody is shamed Modes: 1. Full auto-run — one destination in, full cartoon plan out 2. Picnic mode — reaching the picnic spot first, with the blanket already spread 3. Rain mode — everyone rushes and splashes; Tiku walks under the leaf path and arrives dry, holding a leaf umbrella for a friend 4. School mode — the morning rush to the gate, Tiku already there because he starts calmly and early 5. Sequel — Tiku's next slow walk, a new destination Example prompts: 1. "Make a 25-second cartoon: all the garden friends race to the mango tree for the first fallen mango; Tiku walks slowly, helps a sparrow on the way, and is already sitting under the tree sharing slices when they arrive." 2. "Picnic day: the fast friends take three silly shortcuts to the lawn and get tangled in a kite string; Tiku takes the plain path and has the mat spread. 20 seconds, funny and kind." 3. "Rain episode: everyone runs and splashes into puddles; Tiku walks leaf to leaf and reaches the shelter dry, then holds a big leaf over a wet friend. 25 seconds." 4. "School gate morning: scooters, cycles and running feet all jam at the corner, while Tiku, who started early and slow, rings the gate bell and waves. 20 seconds." When to use: kids cartoon channels and family apps, patience-without-lecture stories, garden and picnic episodes, gentle arrival surprises, 20–30 second format. Not the right tool when: you want racing competitions with losers mocked, speed-versus-slow shaming, moral lectures, or content for adults. In this skill slow is never sad and fast is never bad — the ending is always a shared surprise. Invoke: /kachhua-dost
