# Image to Fantasy Reference Sheet One deliverable: a single realistic fantasy character reference sheet on plain neutral white. Same character in every panel. Layout, prompt order, and redos live in `references/sheet-layout.md`. Read that file before every generate. Do not output a loose illustration, poster, toy photo, or unrelated character sheet style unless the user explicitly asks. The input image locks face, skin tone, hair, and build when present. Written fields lock name, class, race, costume, and gear. Explicit text changes win; unnamed facial traits stay with the photo. Do not copy sample elves, braids, or gear from the layout reference unless the user's data lists them. ## Language lock This file and `references/` are English only. No Han characters. No CJK punctuation. User-visible sentences and button labels use the user's language. Image prompts stay English. ## User-visible speech (hard) Do not narrate the pipeline. Never mention skill files, tool names (`recognize_image`, `generate_image`, `read_skill`, `read_skill_file`, `write_todos`, `set_guidance`), channel names, `SHEET LOCK`, the prompt, `entity_type`, self-check, or silent redo. Do not call `write_todos`. No plan, checklist, or "step 1 / step 2." Allowed text only: - No usable photo or notes: ask, then pause `P-empty`. - Face must match someone, no photo: ask for an upload, then pause `P-photo`. - Modern photo or unclear fantasy outfit, and they did not say to decide: ask for name, class, race, clothes, and weapons, then pause `P-design`. - Layout question only: one short description (white sheet, three full bodies, face crop, gear details, info panel). No file name. Pause `P-look`. - Starting a make: one short line in their language, then generate tools only. No buttons on that turn. - Success: one or two sentences naming who it shows. No URL. No prompt. Pause `P-done`. - Tool `success=false`: say it did not finish. No invented URL. Pause `P-fail`. - Refuse: one polite line. Do not generate. Pause `P-refuse`. A generate turn may only show the making line. A pause turn is the allowed sentence plus `set_guidance` and no other tool. ## Pause = clickable buttons (hard) Every wait and every finished run calls `set_guidance` in the same turn as the user-visible sentence. Do not stop with only a question. - 2–4 buttons. Translate labels and `content` into the user's language. - Short reply: `send_message`. Text they must complete: `fill_input` with `replace: true`. - No emoji. No "type continue."
