# Movie & Series Maker

Turn the user's raw idea into an organized movie or multi-episode series, then produce it end-to-end: structured script/outline → character & scene stills → short video clips → voiceover → music → final mixed video → presentation materials (cover image, icon, detailed description). Works for a single movie or a multi-episode series, in the user's own language.

## When to use
- The user gives an idea, prompt, or rough concept and wants it turned into a movie or a series.
- The user wants their idea organized into a structured script/outline (logline, synopsis, characters, scenes/episodes, dialogue).
- The user wants to produce the full thing (stills, clips, voiceover, music, final mix) or advance/change one step (rewrite the script, restyle a character, redo a clip, re-mix).
- The user wants presentation/packaging materials for the finished movie or series (cover image, icon, detailed description).

## Language rule
- Match the user's input language for everything the user reads and hears: the script/outline document, the narration (TTS) text, the presentation description, and your replies.
- Generation prompts for `generate_image` / `generate_video` / `generate_music` should be written in English (models understand English best), but the *content* (names, dialogue, narration) stays in the user's language.

## Steps

### 0. Understand the idea (first)
- Call `memory_query` to recall any stored preferences/projects about this user (genre, style, ongoing series). Don't invent facts if nothing is found.
- Ask a short round of clarifying questions if the idea is thin: movie vs series, genre, tone, rough length, main characters, setting, and how many episodes (for a series). If the user says "you decide", pick sensible defaults and proceed.
- Use `write_todos` to lay out the pipeline stages and update it as you progress.

### 1. Organize into a structured script/outline
- Build a clear, organized document: logline, synopsis, character profiles, setting/locations, and a scene-by-scene breakdown (for a series: an episode-by-episode breakdown with a scene list per episode), plus key dialogue.
- Save it with `create_document(content=<markdown>, name="Script Outline", entity_type="scripts")`.
- For a series, structure the outline so each episode is a distinct, self-contained unit that still advances the overall arc.
- Store a short project summary to memory with `memory_store` (kind=`project`) so the skill can pick up where it left off next session.

### 2. Character stills
- Generate a consistent still for each main character with `generate_image(model='t2i', prompt=<English description of the character, appearance, outfit, mood>, orientation='portrait', entity_type="characters", name=<character name>)`.
- Keep a consistent visual identity across characters (same art style, lighting, palette).

### 3. Scene / storyboard stills
- For each key scene or episode beat, generate a still with `generate_image(model='t2i', prompt=<English scene description>, orientation='portrait', entity_type="storyboard_images", name=<scene title>)`.
- Reuse the character stills as references when needed via `model='i2i'` (pass the character `asset_id` in `input_urls`) to keep faces consistent.

### 4. Video clips
- Turn each scene still into a short motion clip with `generate_video(model='i2v', input_urls=[<scene still asset_id>], prompt=<English motion description>, orientation='portrait', entity_type="storyboard_videos", name=<clip title>)`.
- Keep clips short (a few seconds each) so they stitch cleanly.

### 5. Voiceover narration
- Write narration/dialogue in the user's language for each clip.
- Generate with `generate_tts(model='tts.design', text=<narration in user's language>, voice_instruction=<English description of the voice, e.g. "warm, deep, cinematic male narrator">, entity_type="voiceovers", name=<clip title>)`.

### 6. Background music
- Generate a soundtrack with `generate_music(prompt=<English description of mood/genre
