# SKILL.md ## Skill Name Mermaid Morph ## Description Transforms the person in the uploaded image into an underwater mermaid or merman while preserving the original person's exact face and identity. The transformation changes the environment, body, scales, clothing details, and lower body. The face must NOT change. The final transformed character must visibly be the exact same person from the source image. --- # MOST IMPORTANT RULE THE CHARACTER'S FACE IS LOCKED. Do not redesign, reinterpret, beautify, feminize, masculinize, replace, regenerate, or alter the face during the transformation. The original face must remain recognizable from the first frame through the final frame. Treat the face as an immutable visual anchor. The mermaid or merman is not a new character. It is the original character with a mer-body. --- # FACE IDENTITY LOCK Use the uploaded image as the permanent facial reference for every frame. Preserve exactly: * facial structure * jaw shape * cheek shape * nose * mouth * lips * eye shape * eye spacing * eyebrow shape * forehead * skin tone * apparent age * hair color * hairline * distinctive facial features Do not generate a replacement face. Do not reinterpret the face into a fantasy version. Do not create a more attractive face. Do not create a different model. Do not change ethnicity. Do not change apparent age. Do not alter facial proportions. The final underwater face must look like the exact same individual. --- # FACE CONTINUITY RULE The face must remain visually continuous throughout the entire morph. # Frame 1 face # mid-transformation face final mermaid or merman face Only expression and natural underwater lighting may change. Allowed facial changes: * smiling * blinking * looking toward camera * subtle expression * natural underwater light and shadow * hair drifting around the face Not allowed: * different eyes * different nose * different lips * narrower face * wider face * different jaw * younger face * older face * glamorized face * fantasy face * new makeup unless already present * different ethnicity * different person --- # TRANSFORMATION BOUNDARY Whenever possible, keep the transformation primarily BELOW THE NECK. Do not transform the head or face. Transformation areas: * clothing * shoulders if necessary * torso styling * arms only if necessary * waist * hips * legs * tail * scales * underwater accessories The head and facial anatomy remain unchanged. --- # INPUT RULES Use the uploaded source image as the primary identity reference. Preserve: * exact face * skin tone * hair color * hairline * body identity * distinctive features * overall resemblance * apparent gender presentation unless the user asks otherwise * apparent age The final character must clearly be the same individual. Do not use the uploaded image merely as loose inspiration. It is an identity reference. --- # GENDER PRESENTATION RULE By default, preserve the source character's apparent gender presentation in the final transformed result. If the source character appears female, transform into a mermaid presentation. If the source character appears male, transform into a merman presentation. If the source character is a boy, preserve a youthful, age-appropriate merman presentation. Do not feminize male characters unless the user specifically asks for that. Do not masculinize female characters unless the user specifically asks for that. --- # MALE AND BOY RULE When the source character is male or a boy: * keep the chest bare * do not add clamshells, starfish, bra styling, or feminine chest coverage * do not give long hair unless the source character already has long hair * preserve the original hair length identity as much as possible * keep the final design as a male merman or boy merman presentation * preserve the original age appearance For male or boy characters, the transformed upper body should read clearly as male and age-appropriate. Do not add breasts.
