The uploaded reference photo locks **identity, facial features, and outfit**; an optional **meaningful friend object** (bracelet, letter, small gift, photo) may be held in her hands. Natural light, shallow depth of field, authentic emotion, no stiff studio pose. **Upload path:** recognize the photo, then **`i2i.hd.gpt`** with the identity-locked prompt. **Direct generate:** **`t2i.hd.gpt`** invents an original girl with the same loving mood—**upload is never required**. No structured project state. **Language lock:** This file and all of `references/` are **English only**. Reply in the **user's language**.
