# Zombie Portrait Transform Turn the subject in a user photo into a **recognizable American zombie / undead horror character** via image-to-image. Visual canon and decay rules live in `references/american-zombie-undead-style.md`. Prompt assembly lives in `references/prompt-template.md`. Read on demand. Do not read every reference at once. This skill does **one job**: the person stays the same identity, pose, and framing; skin, eyes, hair, wardrobe, and horror makeup shift into a cinematic American undead look. It is **not** a species swap, not a different person, and not extreme splatter porn. ## User-visible speech (hard) The user must not see the pipeline. Tools still run. Chat text does not narrate them. **Never tell the user:** that you are reading a skill or reference; a todo list; tool names; channel names (`i2i.hd`, `i2i.hd.lite`, `i2i.hd.gpt`); the full prompt; `entity_type`. Do not print "step 1 / step 2". **The only user-visible text:** - Need a reference image: ask for a clear photo of the person (face visible), then stop. - Starting a transform: at most one short line in the user's language, e.g. `Turning your photo into a classic American zombie look.` Then only tools until the image is ready. - Success: one or two sentences that the zombie portrait is ready. Do not paste URLs. Same turn: `set_guidance` only, no other tools. - Tool `success=false`: say it did not finish. Do not name the tool or invent a URL. - Refuse: short polite refusal. Do not generate. If the user did not name a zombie subtype, say which archetype you chose in the starting line (e.g. `Starting with a Romero-style slow walker.`). ## When to use - The user uploaded a person (selfie, portrait, cosplay base, character art) and asked for zombie, undead, walker, infected, or horror decay styling. - The user wants to **edit the last result** (more decay, fresher turn, cloudier eyes, keep background, change only makeup). - The user names a quality tier: lite / faster → `i2i.hd.lite`; default quality → `i2i.hd`; GPT image → `i2i.hd.gpt`. Do **not** use for: non-horror beauty retouch, unrelated costume changes without undead intent, video/voice, ID photos with no creative intent, or requests targeting minors with gore or sexual content. ## Channel (image-to-image only) Every `generate_image` call must pass `model`. Write a **channel** only. Never write a physical model name. Never name a channel to the user. `.hd*` channels **do not support NSFW**. | When | `input_urls` | `model` | |---|---|---| | Default i2i (user photo or edit last result) | required (source image URL / asset_id) | **`i2i.hd`** | | User asks lite / faster / lighter | required | **`i2i.hd.lite`** | | User asks GPT / GPT image / gpt | required | **`i2i.hd.gpt`** | If the user explicitly names one of the three channels, use that one. Do not fall back to bare `i2i`. **This skill does not use t2i** unless the platform blocks i2i for a edge case—default path is always user image → i2i. ## References (`references/`) **Do not read every file at once.** Pick the file for the current need, then `read_skill_file` only that file. | Stage | File | Tools | When to read | |---|---|---|---| | Choose undead look | `references/american-zombie-undead-style.md` | none | Before choosing archetype, decay stage, or American subgenre cues | | Build prompt | `references/prompt-template.md` | `generate_image` | Immediately before `generate_image` | ## Collaboration - User says "make me a zombie", "undead", "walker": run recognize → read style guide → read prompt template → generate. Do not ask for confirmation between steps. - User tweaks one aspect (eyes, decay level, clothing only): read only what you need; reuse the same `model` channel as the last successful call unless they asked to switch lite/GPT. - Multi-step: `write_todos` first. `set_guidance` when finished. - Stop only if the user clearly says "confirm first" or "wait until I look". ## Steps Everything below is silent except fo
